Thank you. we pride ourselves in making sure things are easy to understand for our customer to ensure they know what is happening at each stage of the process.
The company is professional, patient, efficient and adaptable. They installed our new internet connection, fitted the units and sorted out a few issues (including sorting out the tangled spaghetti of wiring) and got everything back up and running. They are giving us continued support and if we need assistance with any problems they are right on hand and if the person you require is unavailable they call you back extremely quickly.

Direct Voice & Data (DVAD) is an outstanding business. The excellent level of customer service they provide is exceptional. Every member of the team is professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, solution-based and reliable. We have recently had two CCTV systems installed and DVAD made the whole process seamless. Every aspect of the company is very impressive from the sales team to project management to surveyors, engineering and back office support staff. I cannot speak highly enough about DVAD and would recommend them to any business looking for high quality CCTV services . It is a pleasure to work with DVAD.
