A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE
They approached us in March to see if they could obtain a refund for overpayment of our business rates and they expected it to be concluded in around 6-8 weeks. We gave the go ahead at the end of April & it is still not resolved! The invoice was received in August – even though it has not being confirmed by the Council. Even now we still have not had confirmation yet a 7 day demand letter greeted my inbox this morning! On questioning this a credit note has been received this afternoon showing their figures were calculated incorrectly. Would you pay this?! I certainly do not have any faith this has been concluded correctly – all along it’s not them, it’s the Council who don’t know what they are doing. I seriously have doubts Dunlop Heywood Associates know what they are doing! Utterly disappointed in their service & conduct. On their website they use such lines as honesty, integrity and openness. Do not get taken in by these false promises.
