I signed up for a three-year service contract for a dumpster at the strip mall where I have my business. The original contract charged me a reasonable rate for the first year and a half, and then they claimed 'sky-rocketing landfill costs' forced them to raise their rate by 30%!!! I find this not only unethical but ridiculously unfair to contracted agreements. Charge your NEW clients the new rate, not clients with a SIGNED AGREEMENT. What greedy SOBs you are. Lesson learned...never again.

I contacted Dumpsters.com and inquired about a dumpster for my deck demolition project. I was quoted a reasonable price and scheduled the dumpster to be delivered on a specific date. It arrived as scheduled on that morning. The delivery driver was very polite and professional and placed the dumpster exactly where I wanted it placed. When my project was complete, I called and scheduled a pickup, which occurred on the date scheduled. Again the driver was polite and professional. I would definitely use Dumpsters.com again!

The company is easy to work with when coordinating getting a dumpster. We had used several large dumpsters back to back and the pick up and drop off was very quick.

My experience with Dumpster.com was fantastic. Being that this was my first experience with the use of a dumpster; Dumpster.com walked me right through the process. They suggested the size I would need; gave me the time, location, cost and # to call upon completion of my job. The dumpster was picked up promptly and effortlessly. There was continued communication throughout the process. There are many companies and outlets that aren't worth the paper that their contracts are written on. I found Dumpster.com to be a complete CHARM.

Bruce was amazing to work with. It didn't matter the time, he did his best to accommodate our last minute pick-ups and swap-outs. He was also there to answer any questions and continually reached out to see how everything was going.

Rented dumpster from them dropped off prior to agreed time. Drop off run place. Month later get a bill for $53 for over charge. No before weight ticket or weight at scale ticket copy. Just a bill. All it is is a scam to get a few extra buck. Never heard of a 30 yard dumpster only hold 3 tons of waste. Ripoff

TJ is cerebral and understanding the ebbs and flows of construction. In saying this, during such phases he has been very communicative on the process and efficient with responding to drop offs and pick ups. I would use them again, in fact I have them populated as a contact in future commercial prospect jobs coming up in 2024. Due to their communication and customer service I would encourage others to check them out.

I rented a dumpster from this company that was delivered on 1/10/2024. During drop off at my home, the truck hit and damaged my property. They hit the stationary bricks that make up the garden bed along my driveway. This garden bed is shared with my neighbor and the result of this accident also loosened bricks on his property line. I opened a complaint with their claims department but they denied the claim. The in house claims person stated that property damage is acceptable because there is "inherent risk." I completely disagree.

My home contractor had rented from this company previously for my property. Each time the driver was able to successfully drop off and pick up the dumpster without causing any damage. This time, the driver was not careful and caused damage that will cost MUCH MORE to repair than what it cost to rent the dumpster.

They can call it what they want, but it's clear the driver was not careful and caused property damage. They want to call it "inherent risk" so they can say they aren't responsible. Working with their claims person has been a nightmare. They provided a video from the truck to help show proof no wrong doing happened, but the video didn't capture the rear of the truck. It only showed a video of the driver's face and the FRONT of the truck; but this isn't useful because it happened from the rear of the truck.

If you are considering using this company, I highly recommend you reconsider. During my conversation with their in house claims person, he made it absolutely clear that a level of property damage caused by the delivery truck is expected and acceptable. Again, because he labels it as "inherent risk".

If you're still not convinced and want to rent from this company, be sure to take video of the drop off and pick up in case you need to sue them. They won't take responsibility for property damage caused by their services.

WARNING DO NOT USE DUMPSTER.COM. I used this service and received an overage charge on the first dumpster., but I received an overage charge on the second and was relieved that this was an easy way for this company to make extra profit.

I’d not hire the company. They charged me $150 for an extra trip because their driver did not want to get out of the car to let us know that he’s at our property, so we can move the car out of the way. I have been charged additional $150, without my knowledge, for an excessive weight on my dumpster. The company is a scam charging extra fees on your card without your knowledge. No explanation, just charges all the sudden appearing on your card. Stay away!

Great customer service. They explained things well and delivered exactly what I wanted. Kept me informed about everything.

Dumpster.com was easy and fast to setup a delivery of a 30 yard dumpster. The instructions were simple and the delivery and pickup went very smoothly. When I had questions they were quick with there reply and very helpful. I would use them again if needed.

The whole process was surprisingly easy, never ordered a dumpster before, customer service was excellent and helpful. The drivers must be very skilled, I don’t know how they backed the dumpster between two houses down a very narrow driveway, but they did.

Everything went well...except there's no way of knowing if you're over the weight limit. Which means you can get a crazy additional bill after your initial payment.

It was easy to order the dumpster and they brought it on time. They took care to not and dig up my driveway. They put wooden planks down to set it on. It was easy to order the pick up time/day. You didn’t have to be home for them to pick it up either. I would definitely use dumpsters.com again if I ever needed another dumpster.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at ALL costs. They must work on some sort of commission. We called to speak to our sales person,"Gary" and the person on the phone pretended to be "Gary" to get our order. It was unbelievable. We went back and forth about the size dumpster and once we ordered the correct one ( the larger of the two), and paid more for it, they STILL delivered the smaller one. I wasted so much of my time going back and forth with this company it made my head spin. That is the reason I am writing the review. They have a shady business practice going on!
