What seems good at first, turns sour....
Excellent response time on the drop off, but priced higher than competitors. When requesting pickup they do not ask for a time frame, or make note of the time frame when you requested it dropped off. They send a driver at 5am and charge a fee because it is not able to be picked up. Confirming a pickup window seems a basic business practice that this company blatantly ignores to upcharge their services.
No "scheduling" occurred for the pickup with the customer. The email request for a pickup did not give the option to request a pickup time and no one called to confirm a time window. You showed up at 5AM, outside your own business hours, and stand behind your policy charging an "inconvenience fee". The time of pickup isn't the issue, its the lack of communication around the pickup time.
Your team mentioned providing a discounted rate, but charged full price the next day. I have seen no refunds for the discount, please process as needed for what you deem as fair.

I’m sorry this experience left you frustrated — that’s definitely not what we want.
I had our team reach out to you directly to talk this through. When a pickup is requested, we do schedule it within a full-day window and ask that the dumpster is accessible starting early in the morning, since routes are built in advance and exact times can’t be guaranteed.
That said, I understand how a very early arrival can feel unexpected if that timing wasn’t top of mind, and that’s on us to communicate more clearly.
We’re reviewing this internally to make sure expectations around pickup timing are as clear as possible going forward.
If you’re open to it, we’re still happy to revisit this with you and find a fair resolution.
