The piece of glass that I ordered fit perfectly in my table. The thickness of the glass was perfect. The measurements were perfect thanks to my handyman. I am so grateful that my handyman found this place for me. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Not happy with a few tiny scratches when the piece of glass arrived.
But Dulles Glass shared with me a remedy for making the scratches disappear, & compensated me a bit with the original cost of the glass.

I was able to order the exact mirror size that I needed to go inside a specific space. Great quality and fits great.

I spent hours searching on-line for a full length mirror to meet my needs, but could not find one which matched my wife’s particular requirements and met my quality standards. My wife reminded me that she had our bathroom mirrors custom made by your company, so I gave you another go.

Ordering on-line: It was very easy to customize my mirror and the accessories. Plenty of options. The site made sure that only the necessary accessories were available to select based on the size and style of mirror that I choose. I found the necessary tutorials on hanging the mirror with the mounts that I choose.

Shipping: I received the appropriate number of e-mails pertaining to the shipping. The mirror was packaged and protected wonderfully.

Product: The mirror is exactly as I ordered it. Great craftsmanship and quality.

We chose Dulles Glass for the glass enclosure on our new shower and I can't say enough good things about them. From the first contact, through the finished installion, the experience was great. The mirror arrived in perfect condition and on time. Looks great. Very easy to order online. 2nd time I have purchased a mirror from Dulles Glass.

I ordered a mirror that was in stock and also ordered a custom size of the same mirror. The custom order is delivered with no way to hang the mirror. After calling and not getting much help my designer called and we found out we had to order clips to hang. This doesn’t match the in stock order so I had to get a 2nd clip order so that my 2 bathroom mirrors would match. These should be made exactly the same!

Got exactly what I ordered and delivered intact as promised. I tried to buy locally since we were hit by 3 major hurricanes in two years, but I paid $157 + tax versus $400.00+ from my local glass dealer. I would have paid a reasonable price, but not an exorbitant amount. I also needed a nonstandard size glass and the price for a much smaller size from you was almost higher than the price I paid for the standard in-stock glass.

Was able to find the size I needed for my side table. Quick shipping and packaged great. Would definitely order from them again.
