The rectangular pieces fit perfectly; the oval pieces were a little bit off, which is understandable given the variable nature of an oval.

I ordered 1/2 side seal and drip rail. I’m not sure if they sent the wrong size but it would not fit way too tight. I replaced with one purchased from a local glass shop. While way more expensive it went on with no hassle.

I ordered 2 custom size glass mirrors. They arrived faster than I expected which was great! The quality was very good.

The glass table top was as described and arrived 9 days after order including 2 weekends. Well packed and completely intact.

We placed an order for glass shelves and brackets to support the shelves . . . we received the shelves but not the brackets . . . we have tried many times to contact the company but we have yet to receive any response . . . they have our purchased as listed complete . . . that is not the case . . . It is only half complete the shelves are useless without the brackets . . . we realize items do get lost in transit but getting no response from the company speaks volumes about their service . . .

Love the Nano470. Worked as advertised so far. I was able to bond a glass knob to its metal bracket easily and the bond seems super strong. Expensive but given the number of times I have made this repair in the past, eell worth it to avoid the aggravation.
