Price, quality and quick postal. Jockey international men's active underwear is wider, longer and has better stiching than other brands we have tried. They were at special price so I ordered 10 pairs...

Very easy to use website
Very easy to use website, great prices in the sales, fast and efficient delivery. I have used dugg for years.
Only reason I am giving four stars and not five is due to recent faulty product. When I reported the fault, I was told to 'cut the briefs up and send us photos' before they would send a refund. Personally, I would rather have given the unused pack to charity, in these days of hardship.

Mission accomplished!!
Well, here’s what happened. I ordered six pairs of blue Coast undies. And guess what happened. A week later, exactly six pairs of Coast undies arrived. And they were blue. I was charged what you said, and you delivered what I ordered. There’s not that much more to say except, mission accomplished. 👍👍

Besvarelse fra DUGG (Down Under Guys Gear)
Hi Denis. It's Michael here - we've spoken many, many times on the phone over the years.
I want to thanks for shopping with us for such a long time with so many orders you have placed since 2016! We really appreciate them all.
I'm a little confused as to the issue here. Your most recent order contains some items that we had to get in for you on Backorder from Europe which we did explain to you would take a few weeks. This was explained in several places on the website and then again mentioned in your order confirmation email.
The good news is that the shipment from OS is due in our warehouse very soon (hopefully this week) and your order will be on the way to you as soon as it does.
In the future if you would like us to send out other items that are available now, all you need to do is write to us or call us like you normally do and ask and we'll happily help.

Hi Graham. We do have a currency converter for our international customers - it's up in the top navigation bar, however all of our final prices are indeed charged in AUD as we are an Australian business.
Glad to hear you're happy with your new products and thanks for shopping with us.
