Price, quality and quick postal. Jockey international men's active underwear is wider, longer and has better stiching than other brands we have tried. They were at special price so I ordered 10 pairs... Se mere

Besvarelse fra DUGG (Down Under Guys Gear)
Hi Apurva,
Thanks for your order. It hasn't been over a month, but we totally acknowledge and apologize for the much longer than expected and advised delay in shipping your order. We did advise a delay when you placed your order as you had 'special order' items on your order that we had to get in from our supplier. Unfortunately our supplier has taken longer than normal to get these products to us. We are hopeful that this stock will arrive in our warehouse from Europe early this week and we have already given you a free upgrade to Express Post on this order so that it will reach you faster once the stock hits our warehouse. Apologies again for this unexpected delay. It's certainly not normal.
On time an good quality

Showed zero interest on rectifying my order. Just went straight to refunding. Didn’t refund delivery or return costs. Out of pocket 20$ and didn’t receive any item. All I wanted was a larger size as items run small.
Reply: No, I have not mistaken at all. Definitely the site I wanted to leave the review on. Love your denial tactic tho.

HI Mason. There is no record of you having placed an order with us at DUGG ever, nor any record of any contact with you.
As this is not a verified review, you've just left a random review on the internet but clearly you are confused as to the store you purchased from and have mistakenly left a review for DUGG instead of the actual store you purchased from.
Our customer service team is 5 star and this is clear from our other reviews. This is not something we would ever do.
As this is clearly an error, we would request that you remove this review and post it on the store you actually purchased from.
REPLY: Again, Mason, we have no orders with anybody by your name. Our reviews usually come from verified customers however you have not verified your review with Trust Pilot. Sorry that you are either confused or using a different name. If you are using a different name, contact our customer service and ask for Michael and your issue will be looked into further. It's not a denial tactic, it's just a fact. Please provide some proof of your order like an order number or the name you used to place an order with us, otherwise, this review is completely invalid.
