Hi Paul. Sorry to hear we don't have your size available but that's hardly a reason to give us a 1 star review. We can't help that stock is no longer available for a product.

Hi Warwick,
We don't believe it's fair to give us a 3 star review based on something that you want to order but we can't get stock of right now. This is not our fault.
We ask you please to remove or revise this review as it affects our business unfairly.
Long time excellent service
Delivery is prompt and there's never been a problem with wrong items, touch wood. Have been a long-term customer and it remains an excellent service.

Hi Mead! Thanks for your order. Hopefully you can recall when you placed your order that we informed you that there would be a delay in getting the backordered stock on your order. It is taking a little longer than we initially advised (approx 4 days overdue) and we're going to follow up with our overseas supplier and get back to you directly ASAP via email. Apologies for this.
At any time, you can just get in touch with us directly by phone or email and we can always answer any delivery questions or perhaps change your order to get it to you sooner.
