Shipping was fast! Very nicely packaged, especially for international delivery (American here). I love this watch! & thanks, Neil, for the letter. You don’t get that with other companies, a personal note, or really any kind of communication with the CEO of the company. Really nice, really cool history about the company too.

A great brand
I have received a Verimatic watch. A truly fantastic and versatile watch that for me ticks all the boxes e.g. weight, size, dial, finishing, movement. But most of all it feels like having something special on your wrist. Highly recommended.

Pure class
I recently purchased an additional strap for the watch I bought back in May. To my pleasant surprise, Mr. Duckworth had also included an extra suede strap free of charge.
Accompanied by a personal letter yet again, it is nothing short of pure class. 10/10

Beautiful watch—dedication and care were clearly poured into creating the Verimatic!
Shipping was a long story. Buyers from the U.S. need to be patient, as recent regulations have created an unnecessary mess. The good news is that Neil was always responsive and consistently followed up with helpful updates. Thank you, Mr. Duckworth, for your dedication and excellent customer service.

California 24
I bought a limited edition California 24 with orange dial. This is a fantastic looking watch and it works with all the outfits I tried so far. I love the classic case, hands and numbers combined with a contemporary dial colour. It came with a handwritten message from the owner which was an unexpected and lovely touch that elevates the experience to the next level.

Bought my Broadgate GMT on the last day…
Bought my Broadgate GMT on the last day of 2025. Great way to finish off the year with a new purchase to expand my watch collection. Excellent quality and impressive value for money. Neil is the icing on the cake by handwriting a personal card to welcome me to the Prestex watch family. Beautiful packed and presented when it arrived in Norway. My only little gripe is that there is no reference to where it is assembled or designed whether being printed on the dial or engraved on the back case. Such a pity as a "Great Britain" reference would have lifted it even a notch or two. Keep up the impressive workmanship.

It's a statement timepiece. This watch is for the people that have" Elegance Dare". Is for the adventurous because of It's toughness, and refined because of the comfortability and style. Is a timepiece that you will enjoy.

Im happy with the Parker watch, Its gorgeus. The whole presentation is beautiful (packaging, letter written by the owner). I also got extra strap which is great. Would recommend buying from duckworth prestex because their rich history in watchmaking.

Started my Duckworth collection after…
Started my Duckworth collection after discovering one on a trip last year. Purchased two more during a sale at the end of 2025. Beautiful watches. Neil offers great customer service, and you can tell he takes pride in each sale.

British quality with historical lineage!
Old school Customer service at its best combined with well made, good looking timepieces with classic charm and refinement that are different to the mainstream offerings from the major brands. Neil is genuinely unbelievably helpful and is a fantastic ambassador to carry on his family’s historic brand. I genuinely hope they go from strength to strength
