Messed up order and terrible customer service

Ordered and received the product, which was inverted (burned around the logo instead of burning the logo itself). Customer service was the worst - finally responded to see pictures of it (which were sent) and the lack of responses after that were extremely frustrating. And when they did finally respond after multiple chasing, it was not helpful and clear they had no plans on resolving the problem. Would never buy from this company again.

UPDATE: Despite the company’s reply below promising a refund or replacement, I emailed them immediately as requested and have received zero response. It seems the public reply was just for show. Still no resolution.

Garbage company and would not…

Garbage company and would not recommend! Sent me an iron and brass brand and the iron doesn’t even work. Reached out various times with no response or intent to make right. This company is a complete fraud and once they have your money they are out! I hope everyone reads this message and stays far away from these scammers!!!!!’

I ordered a hat (mediocre Chinese quality at best) and paid $25.95 for 10 business day shipping that did not arrive in time. Had to fight for a refund and then they only refunded half the expedited shipping. Wouldn't recommend.

Received four hats just over a month…

Received four hats just over a month after ordering. Two of the four hats were wrong. Ordered a black and brown cowboy hat for my son received two RED hats. They will be fun play hats for him but definitely not ones he can wear outside the house. No response to multiple emails sent before and after delivery.

Ordered one inch stamp for Farm Fresh Eggs. Received a 1/4 inch golf ball stamp. Printing so small cannot read it. Trying to contact Duckbe but no response. It’s clearly wrong , Enclosed with stamp are directions on how to use golf ball stamp. Makes no sense

Very Dissatisfied

I placed an order in october, after checkout I never received a conformation number, let alone shipping information. When looking up information for the site links that are on the site did not work. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING WITH THIS PLACE. As a consumer you should not have to send several emails to find out the basic information of your order. Information that should be provided from the business. When they finally responded they asked for an order number... Again.. not anything they ever provided. I had to send a screenshot of the draft off my bank account in order to get any kind of order information. I ordered 2 items and they finally sent a tracking number, again i had to email and ask with who as USPS , FED EX, UPS did not recognize the number. They had to send me that info and it was with a company ive never heard of. One item has been delivered today, but not the 2nd item that was ordered with it. Again.. NO COMMUNICATION THAT ONE MAY SHIP FIRST OR ONE HASNT SHIPPED OUT YET. I am on my 9th email with them.. it shouldnt be this hard to get needed information from a business. This is information any other small business would provide to a customer for piece of mind. Read the reviews before you place an order.. as it wasnt until after they got my money that I realized all the negative reviews. No consumer should ever feel as if they have been taken advantage of especially when they are trying to contribute to small businesses. The business should be far more courteous in providing the basic information of order number, conformation number estimated shipping, order has been shipped and delivery tracking WITHOUT the consumer having to send email after email to get this information. Very dissatisfied and will not order from here again.

Ordered a customized tire cover

Ordered a customized tire cover. I asked to preview it before it was finalized that didn’t happen. I received the item and immediately contacted them that I was not satisfied. I received an email back asking if I wanted to replace the item and get my preview. I said yes. I again contacted them to find out when that would happen I got an email asking what was my problem with. The item I received and I explained what the problem was with pictures. I received another email that I okayed the first design when I asked where is my preview and when It would be shipped. I have not heard from them again. Communication with this China based company is only by email.

Did not receive my product - No response from customer service

I ordered a branding iron. It got to the US and bounced around, then returned to sender. I verified that the correct address was given. I emailed customer service 5 times and got zero response. Based on the reviews, I am guessing there is no such thing because they don't reply. Good luck getting what you ordered!

sent misspelled branding plate

i ordered a branding iron and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive, when received it was spelled completely wrong. i sent them photos, they said it would be sent out spelled right. haven't heard a word from them since then. i got scammed, now have filed a claim with credit card company. do not deal with this terrorist company !!!

Would give zero stars. Ordered product for our company. Never received and emailed support. No response after many attempts. I have 3 companies and rely on quick support. I would not recommend doing business with Duckbe if you are in the United States. More reliable options here.

Misleading description of what you order

I ordered a branded that says “with heater” and no heater came with my order! It’s a straight handle with noting! Not even sure what you do with this bc no instructions! I had to reach out to customer service multiple times to finally get a reply that said “you ordered a straight handle” that’s it!!! No hello nothing! My order description says “straight handle with electrical heated”! I thought I was getting a straight handle with a heater!! Do not buy from here!! Spend a few extra bucks and get what you actually order from somewhere else!!!

I wanted a very special gift for my…

I wanted a very special gift for my son-in- law for Father's Day. He loves to cook on the grill so I looked online for specialty items that could be personalized. I found the perfect gift for him. A branding iron for food. I ordered it early in hopes that he would receive it by Father's Day. It came the day before! I was so pleased when I opened the box. It's very high quality and most important of all, my son-in-law loves it!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who's looking for that special gift for someone who's hard to buy for! My ordered arrived with someone else's branding iron. I contacted the company via email with a picture of the incorrect order. No response from the company. There isn't a phone number to call in the USA. The only number listed was a Hong Kong phone number. Saying I was unimpressed is an under statement. Absolutely pitiful.

Extremely poor customer service…

I notified the company that my branding iron was not sent to me as ordered. They had me send pictures of the iron I received and then promised to send me a replacement. I have not received a replacement as promised and they have not responded to my inquiries.
