I bought a shirt from this company. I paid and it never arrived! I informed them and had sent my bank statement, clearly showing my purchase. They inform me that “that they cannot do anything without the order number” Disgrace.
THIS IS THEFT!
Words cannot express my heartfelt and genuine dislike for dubbleware
After being sent the wrong item I raised the issue with customer service who failed to provide instructions on what to do.
The period for returns is now over and I am stuck with an item that I didn't order.
Truly atrocious customer service, I will actively tell people to avoid dubbleware from now on.

Bought some trousers from this company, I am a size 36, but I ordered a 38 to be on the safe side. The trousers were lovely but more like a size 32 waist. Very disappointing.
After purchasing a sweatshirt last week I decided to pick up the same top in a different colourway.
Obviously the business was a bit snowed under with the sales and this was communicated clearly by them to expect a slight delay and my top was delivered in 4 days.
Can’t fault this company and will be using again.
Woeful customer service & communication.
Ordered the wrong size so returned for exchange to the correct size. Clearly this is not within the remit of this company. Fortunately, they ignored all my requests for the exchange and have refunded me, which means I've only paid postage twice. I believe the next day shipping means it will be shipped the next day and not the day you order, unless the cut off time is pre 10am.
Bought clothes but they were not the sizes ordered. Followed all the returns instructions and still waiting for a refund a month later. No reply from the customer services email address and the customer phone line does not work. Avoid buying anything from this company. This seems to be a scam to sell poor quality and wrongly sized clothes without any customer service or refunds.
the issue i have is with the service:
1. i don't remember a single time my orders were entirely fulfilled! Items are always out of stock AFTER i check out.
2. customer service number does not work, you either fix it or remove it from your webpage.
3. the return process is painfully slow although the FAQ says you will receive a refund after 24hrs of them receiving the item. it is been more than 5 business days and i haven't received acknowledgement or update from their team.
they owe me £173.25
Poor customer service. Phone number doesn’t work also one of the given emails does not work. I messaged a question through instagram and I was advised incorrectly about an item. I ordered and then returned the item so had to pay postage both ways on an item that was misrepresented to me.
First of all, the ordering and delivery was excellent, no problems there.
I have 4 items from Dubbleware. I fit between medium and large in nearly everything, so measured current garments and closely followed the size guides (which vary from item to item) on the Dubbleware website.
Selvedge denim waistcoat size L - excellent fit, lovely material.
Barrington overshirt L - it says 58 cm across chest. It is 56 which is the width medium is supposed to be. However, it fits well across the chest and midriff. I can wear it with a jumper underneath. The cuffs are very closely fitted. Only men with very skinny wrists would be able to close the cuff buttons and wear a watch, even if worn with nothing underneath.
Chambray shirt (not reinforced) M - this is sized at 60cm across the chest on their website and is true to size. It's actually bigger than this around the midriff. I could wear several t-shirts under it and it would still be loose. Again, the sleeves are for very skinny wristed men, so wearing a watch is out of the question.
Plymouth Pant 34W - I prefer a 33 when I can get them, so these are perfect for me. I don't know a single brand where the 34 is as small as the 34 on these pants. Quality wise they feel nice and are ok for the £40 I paid. If I'd paid £50-60 they would be expensive, let alone the £100+ they are supposedly discounted from.
Overall, I would give a 3.5 star review - 3 is a little low, but 4 is too much.
Appalling customer service. Returned an item and told no refunds despite website suggesting otherwise. Offered a credit note I don’t want. Very unhappy. Would avoid at all costs. £50 down the drain as it stands
