I had a very easy purchase experience through the website. Shipping was quicker than expected. The delivery person was well prepared with a lift jack and brought it right into our shop. Uncrating the heat press was the hardest part. Once we got it put in place, it worked flawlessly. Even though, there's no manual, it was very easy to figure out how to operate.

Service is great product didn’t meet my qualifications. My machine doesn’t operate well with it constantly having to clean it and wipe it down the products that I normally buy has less issues but you did get it to us really quick.

I drove 8 hours round trip to pick up my hydraulic heat press. They had great communication, loaded my truck, assisted me with strapping it down and were so helpful. When I got the machine home they were so easy to communicate with to get everything setup and running. It was easy to install and this machine is a workhorse! Love it, thank you!

I’ve been working with DTFPrinterUSA and honestly, it’s been a great experience from the start. I ordered everything through them—a UV printer, a DTF printer, a heat press, plus all the supplies like DTF ink, UV ink, film, and powder. It’s been so convenient having one place that covers it all.

What really impressed me was their customer service. Anytime I had a question or needed help, they got back to me right away—super responsive and always helpful. They also offered training, which made getting everything up and running much easier than I expected.
