Great quality and the dtf has great colors

I initially was starting to make the switch to DTFGhost for pricing and quality. Even when we hit some bumps they resolved the situation satisfactorily. I always knew that I couldn't count on them for something that had to be done same week, so I saved using them for orders I had some lead time on. In addition, sometimes orders would get hung up because the art didn't upload properly, despite it being marked as such. But there was no follow up to let me know that. I'd have to find out when I inquired what was happening. Oh that's right we need your art. Why didn't you tell me? You marked the order as completed and shipped! Lies. The last order was botched so bad but they gave me a credit so I could go get it done locally and get my job done on time. After this later order however I think I am completely done using their services. I went to use the credits I had previously mentioned and ordered for job with a very big lead time. I even paid for same day shipping, because why not? My order was quickly marked completed and shipped but nothing ever showed up on the UPS tracker. It showed the package as still not being in their hands. I tried reaching out to DTFGhost; messaged them on their Web site, emailed them, etc. I even tried calling the number listed on this Trust Pilot page, but some shady guy answered and denied he was associated with the company. I received a single reply on the Web site chat apologizing for the delay and assuring me there would be follow up. That was days ago. Still no follow up. No updates on my order. No signs of life on the tracking number. Nothing. In a desperation attempt I left a comment on their Instagram and was blocked. So there is someone there, but they aren't responding to me. Very well. I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't recommend this company. I order a fair amount of DTF, and the myriad of delays I've had with them coupled with the latest blatant disregard for a repeat customer, and I'm out. Crap customer service and poor communication. I've got better, more reliable vendors anyway. Proceed with caution people, and I wouldn't order for anything that is pressing. Don't expect a quick turnaround. The ETAs you get are a total fabrication.

Edit: In response to the reply, multiple emails were already sent. As well as chats where they said a ticket was created. Respond to those. Complete the order in question, and all is forgiven. At this point I've received nothing and lost money and time. But if I actually get what I ordered, late or not, I can let this all go. Thank you.

Ordered on a Monday received on a Thursday the quality looked really well. I was pleasantly surprised. I pressed them. They pressed really nice. The packaging was very nice. The true test would be after I washed it…. I washed and they turned out Perfect ..I put another order in today so I’m very pleased. I highly recommend

Another great order from DTF Ghost. Our second order this past week. The 360" Gang Sheet printed and pressed well and the colors came out great. Ordered on the 13th and the sheet arrived in Las Vegas, Nv on the 17th. Couldn't ask for anything more! Thanks for the great service.

Dear Ghost

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience. Unfortunately, there were errors with my order, and despite reaching out through two emails, I have yet to receive a response. Additionally, I am missing a portion of my order, further contributing to my disappointment.

Moreover, the quality of the DTF print I received was unsatisfactory, exhibiting noticeable shadows that were not present in the original file I provided.

Given these issues, I cannot recommend your services.

Their products are absolutely amazing. So easy to work with. Always bright and very crisp colors. Their shipping is super fast. My only DFT go to place.

Update: Please don't believe for a second DTF Ghost is trying to make this situation right. They still haven't responded to my multiple emails, or my request for help via their chatbot on their website. They even blocked me on Instagram and Facebook. The company's response is a complete joke. STAY AWAY!

This company is an absolute SCAM. They boldly advertised 1–2 day shipping and a short processing time to lure customers in — but the truth? My order didn’t even ship for days, and now it’s crawling its way from Turkey with a 10-day delivery estimate (way after my event).

Nothing about this company is honest. The “fast shipping” and “quick processing” claims are complete lies, designed to trick customers into thinking they’re dealing with a U.S.-based business. Instead, they’re operating like a shady drop-shipper, hiding the fact that your order is being fulfilled overseas.

To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service as soon as I realized I’d been misled, and guess what? No response. It’s been days, and not a single reply. They clearly don’t care once they’ve got your money.

This is classic bait-and-switch behavior. If you’re thinking about ordering from them — don’t. Save yourself the frustration and go with a business that doesn’t treat its customers like fools. I’ll never trust them again, and they shouldn’t be trusted with a dime of your money.
