We had a leak from our kitchen stopvalve into the flat below.Yesterday evening it got much worse so I phoned
DSM. A plumber came 45 minutes later, as quoted, fixed the problem, and explained what he had done to my son and our downstairs neighbours.
Excellent service all round.

I am very happy with their service. I do highly recommend them.

Punctual, I watched him throughout he checked all aspects of the system and the gas meter including gas cooker hubs

Had a leak coming from my boiler to which DSM plumbing arrived within 35 mins of my call. They fixed the issue and changed the parts needed to be changed in a quick and professional manner. Should any other plumbing related issues arise around my house I will definitely be giving them a call back. I was very happy with their service.

This month our boiler developed a significant fault which rendered it unusable. I have contacted DSM Plumbing right before the long weekend in the UK. The company was extremely professional in finding out what the problem was and an engineer was with me within 2.5 hours. We discussed both options (repair v replacement) and it was decided that the replacement option was a better and more efficient one. The work was scheduled for the bank holiday Monday, which has been a very kind gesture from DSM colleagues, given that we were very keen to sort this out a.s.a.p. Sam, the heating engineer deserves the very best comments and compliments for his professionalism, experience and the willingness to deliver the best possible quality service. Once the boiler was replaced, Sam identified a couple of other issues in the heating system and offered to rectify them the same day. Sam and other colleagues from DSM are a real find for us and, honestly, I have never had this level of customer service, attention to detail and quality workmanship with other workmen visiting our house. I can recommend DSM and personally Sam for any plumbing/gas-related works without a hint of hesitation. Thank you very much!

First time I’ve used dsm plumbing and I’m very happy with their service. The gentleman on the phone was really polite. Also the plumber himself was really nice and talked me through what was going to happen. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy company.

I really can't recommend this company highly enough; they came within an hour of calling, fixed my broken tap in about two minutes, and were on their way again, with zero fuss and a simple, speedy paying transaction. They immediately take the edge off a potential meltdown, and are everything you want from a plumber, basically!

Completely overpriced, plumber spent an 1hr 20mins on a, what he confessed in a follow up call, a 30 min job - I was charged £480 for changing a tap in bathroom. Complete rip off and broke my stopcock! When called to follow up, refused to send plumber back. So much for 12 months warranty.

Oh man what can I say!! Very very expensive. For simple pipe work under kitchen sink. 336 pounds
Hello!!! How do you justify these charges. The job was done but the prices are a total rip off...

Beware this company. They have an £80 call out charge plus a £200 (Yes £200) minimum labour charge. I was invoiced £ 336 (inc.VAT) for just 10 minutes work. I was not warned about the minimum charge or the additional VAT. Unbelievable. When I challenged it I was told their their other customers are happy with their prices

Unable to analyse source of leak - as a result, carried out unnecessary work and more damage occurred as leak left to continue - another tradesman had to be called in to do job properly - very disappointing and expensive mistake

I am grateful for prompt and profesional service for emergency unblocking of my toilet. The plumber arrived withinn and hour and a half outside normal office hours during the evening, and diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also provided professional advice on preventing a recurrence,

Had an emergency. Turned up within the hour. Obviously more pricey than usual for this sort of response. The plumber was excellent and sorted out my issue with competence, knowledge and respect.

Rubbish company, took cancellation fee of £40 after o tried to cancel 15 min after booking because I had found an alternative. Very expensive, charging 160 an hour to unclog a toilet, instead managed to get a plunger from my mothers landlord which unclogged it in 1 minute

Good expert attention in an emergency. Not cheap !!
