Great products, and customer service answered all my questions when needed

I recently purchased some speakers on eBay for my motorcycle, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by both the exceptional quality of the speakers and the swift delivery time. The speakers have truly exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

never seen a problem out of their products but customer service is terrible, Ordered a head unit and 2 speakers, got the receipt and order number, never got a confirmation email tracking number anything, emailed twice no reply, called and talked on the phone twice never got anything out of it and they are still yet to come in, lost $572.08 out of deal

If you need customer support then make sure you ask for Anthony.. he is very helpful and responds immediately.. Best customer experience I’ve had in car audio sites and I’ve had a lot of experience!

Dsl18 speakers plays good but they warranty ain’t worth crap they speaker come unglued around frame they want me to pay shipping back to Florida $150 that ain’t worth crap

Horrible customer service, products were defective and I returned them only to never get a response back and lost over $500. Do not buy from these scumbags

I bought ds18 6'5 inch 500w 4 ohm speakers, cannot complain at all does all what is rated for. Sounds also pretty good. Bought ds18 frx2k and frx2.5k also does rated RMS ,I will definitely recommend ds18 as their prices are cheaper to compare other expensive brands.they well made and you won't regret it. Just make sure to purchase ds18 from know dealers website ,not from wish, eBay or AliExpress,then you can be rape off and get fake ds18

Purchased a 6000 mono amp on eBay and the day I got it 5 weeks ago it did not work. Contacted for a refund and they sent me a shipment label 3 weeks later. Turns out the label shipped the same amp back to me for 36 days I have messaged them on eBay and never ever once got a response. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life. One would think when you spend $1,000 plus with a eBay store they would care. Not this company I called and spoke with them and they have no clue. Yes I bought from ds18 eBay store directly not a amp thier brand from a seller. Directly from ds18. I wish I would have stuck with skar they are amazing!

Bought a full soundbar setup at jeep jam in may ( speakers wasn't installed ). Got it home and installed it to find out while taking a set of 8s out of the box it smelled burnt. Hooked them up and in fact they was cracking and very distorted. Contacted the warranty department. I was told to send them back ( on my dime ) and they would look at them. Two weeks later i had to contact them. They said that they was burnt (which i had stated to them, thats the way they smelled out of the box ). They said they would not warranty them, but i could purchase another set. Now they are ignoring me. Big waste of time and money! Beware!!

I ordered a battery for my motorcycle. The battery arrived with defective battery posts which, I didn't notice until I attempted to install the battery. I called and spoke to Anthony (whom was and has been great), He is the only reason I'm giving DS18 a score of 2 instead if 1. I sent him pictures of the battery and the shipping packaging to show him the battery was not dropped and the packaging wasn't damaged during shipping. I also explained I am working on a build out with an aggressive time line for an upcoming trip and the battery was vital to wiring and testing that need to be done. To make a long story short upon receiving a return label I immediately head to UPS and return the battery. I sent pictures of the packaging and the tracking number to DS18 as proof. It was previously agreed upon that once they got this info a replacement battery would be sent out. I received the battery on Monday. Overall good experience. However, I think some internal communication amongst leadership and more empowerment for employees can take customer service to the next leve. Again, Anthony was great and took ownership of my issue.

Great speakers loud and clean just need to tune right but for right now sounds a whole lot better then stock

Ordered product and immediately realized I made a mistake. Emailed twice (after hours) NO RESPONSE! Called twice and sent to voicemail NO RESPONSE! 4 Days later the item shipped (plenty of time to change) and still NO RESPONSE. I have (PAID TO) returned amp and will be buying another brand because of this.

Bought a pair of 8” Hydro with carbon fiber finish for my sons birthday because he wanted this brand that cost huge money. Hook them up and one of the speakers don’t work. Smells burnt and full of static. To clarify all other components are also DS 18. Called customer service and was told it would take two weeks to get a replacement. Sure didn’t take two weeks when I ordered them but now since they have my money it’s whatever! Furthermore, they don’t pay for shipping for their defective product. So now I have to pay more money for their crap ass product! Stay away from DS 18 and save yourself some time and $$$$.

Excellent service and response time reguarding any questions I have. Communication is great with this company and so is the product.
