Ordering was easy, various options to pay. Not fortunate to be offered any discount even though I've dithered over ordering for some months.
Coat is lovely, a bit heavier than expected even though its the microfiber fleece all-season. Its quite long but I liked that. Loved the two lots of side pockets (didn't realise at first so was very happy when i discovered the second deeper pockets which are lower down, zipped and have a discreet flap to cover over. The higher pockets are easy to slip your hands in! Excellent. And the pocket on the sleeve is good. Inside and outside chest pocket for your phone, even better to have the choice on a very wet day. No lower deep inside pocket that most of my dryrobe coats seem to have, but the soft stretch cuffs inside the sleeves are fantastic and keep your arms very snug. The backpack style straps inside the coat are a game-changer! What a brilliant idea, you can carry the coat so easily if you get too hot!!
Out in the most dire rain yesterday and the coat held up well.. so far I'm very happy with my purchase and will most likely invest in the winter coat if the coat retains its waterproof qualities. By far the best coat for dog walks i have ever bought, and I've tried them all!

It’s the second Drywalks winter coat I’ve bought in 2 years as it amazing. Totally waterproof, so warm but it doesn’t make you too hot. The straps and all the pockets are spot on. Totally recommend the Drywalks winter coat.

Got the Allseasons. Wish I hadn’t.

It’s definitely a cold seasons coat only for me but that’s what I got it for. It’s potentially a good coat but for me badly let down by small pockets and an inadequate hood. The pockets- lots of them but not big enough to hold stuff for proper walks. Gloves hat, toy, training rewards all need deep pockets from which they won’t work their way out but remain easily accessible. The chest pockets are also small and located together on the left at boob level, if I manage to get stuff in I look like a lopsided 44D.

As for the hood, it’s low volume and non-adjustable. The front of my hair gets wet even when there’s little or no wind. If there is, water is blown in all round my face and a strong gust can blow the hood off completely. It needs a decent adjustable storm hood for anything more than a quick dog toilet excursion in foul weather or strolls in the park. It’s not up to my long coastal all-weather walks.

I ought to have noticed these flaws before using the coat but I was excited by finally having something long enough. With use I get to dislike the coat more and more for not doing its job properly.

Gave the coat a 4 star review before the inadequacy of the hood became fully apparent. It didn’t appear on the company website. So down to two

Easy to use website with great sizing selection option to ensure best fit.
My coat fits comfortably and whoever came up with the back pack style option to take the coat off and carry it on your back - genius!
We’ve not had heavy rain since I bought it, but I have no doubts that I will be staying dry!

Still waiting for exchange of item. Within an hour of picking up my coat i posted it back as a tracked, signed-for delivery (i'd ordered the wrong type of coat). Urgh.
I sent two emails too to check how to do this because the returns form wasn't clear. I simply want to exchange the coat for a different version the same price and colour. I've not had an email yet about a store credit, instead I've been asked to rate an item i've returned.
All a bit frustrating. So I'm really worried about what's happened. The coat received and sent back was lovely but not suitable for me.

Wow. What a fantastic product. Whilst I don't walk dogs, I do run forest school sessions with my preschoolers and this coat was exactly what I needed. It fits amazingly and most importantly its waterproof and warm. I love the inner straps, so that I can have my arms free if I get too hot. The customer service was outstanding. I received a call from Sam to check my order was the right one and he also changed my mobile number to the correct one , as I didn't realise it wasn't right. My coat arrived the next day and my colleagues at work think it's fantastic one of them has already purchased hers in the green colour. Thank you so much for a perfect coat x

Great Coats so much so I ordered the Mac to go with my fleece one, the staff, service and delivery were amazing so helpful and such a quick delivery, can highly recommended them.

Honestly the best coat I’ve ever bought. I’ve been out in a torrential downpour in it and was bone dry underneath. It’s so warm and has so many pockets - perfect for a multi-dog owner! Unfortunately the front zip on mine failed 3 months after purchase. I got in touch with drywalks and they responded really fast. They sent me a prepaid label so I sent the coat off on the Monday, and by Friday I have my coat back with replacement zip which works perfectly. Their customer service is just as fantastic as their coats. I highly recommend!

Had to do an exchange but was sorted easily

Was waiting to write a review until I could wear it in poor weather, well typical British weather, I go on holiday to Cornwall for a week and do a lovely coastal walk and god did it rain, I was so pleased had my lovely new coat on from Drywalk , I only had a T-shirt and leggings on and I was lovely and warm and dry . I had a lady ask me about the coat as well and also my boss has gone and bought one as well . I love it, love the length and all the pockets , you can never have to many pockets , and also the straps inside so when the rain stopped I could hook my arms in and walk with it hanging behind me rather than me tying it around my waste . There are many other coats out there but this has a massive thumbs up from me

Worn in heavy rain yesterday and I stayed warm and dry. The size guide is very useful. I'm happy with my purchase and looking forward to being warm and dry through the colder, wetter months ahead.

Quick delivery. I got the All Season coat which is great except it's way too hot for 15 degrees or above. Very much wish there was a zip so I could take the fleece out. It's quite heavy but the back pack straps are good. No loop to hang it up which I was surprised about. Zipped pockets could be in a better location as I find my hands automatically go to them rather than the open pockets behind them. Despite all this, it is a lovely, well made coat

Sizes fitted perfect from the companies site on how to measure. Worn this week in very heavy downpours and the dogs were 100% dry underneath

Huge amount of money spent - which I believed was worthwhile. Unfortunately the order (DPD) wasn’t delivered and has been ‘returned to sender’. No delivery was attempted, no alternative drop off point was stated by either the company or DPD - no coat - but nearly £200 lighter in the bank account. No contact phone number for DryWalks just an email address. Buyer beware

Although I received a garment that had a fault on it, the customer service I received to rectify the issue was fantastic. The Mac is my second purchase, as I already have the all seasons coat. Pricey but I love them and if you are a dog walker, the pockets are essential. Would thoroughly recommend.
