Excellent quality.

I ordered a canvas watch strap which was vegan friendly and after 9 months the strap has cracked and I was told it's wear and tear. I would like to extend my disappointment to drwatchstrap as normal 12 months warranty applies to all products.
The company wanted me place another I order, I will not be using the company again.

I have a Ulysse Nardin strap with a weird curved wood peice that fits into a groove in my watch. The first strap that I ordered was the incorrect fit to the watch. They requested I send one of my straps back to them so they can match it exactly. I was a bit skeptical as I am in the USA and they are in china. I am happy to say I just received my new band and the old band back and its an absolute perfect match. I cant thank them enough!

This company took the time to make sure they had all of the information needed to fashion a quality product at a reasonable price point. I chose a leather replacement band for a Tudor. The leather is of high quality, the stitch work is excellent, the strap fit perfectly and they provided all of tools and pins needed for the replacement process. Would buy from them again 10 out of 10.

The watch strap was delivered on time and exactly as ordered. Excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the strap is first class and it fits my Cartier watch perfectly.

Do not buy from these scam merchants, ordered ＆ paid but after 1 month still no straps or email replies! States 1 to 2 weeks for delivery but its just a scam, this is why everyone slates made in China. Its scammers like this that gives us a bad name...
