Great communication throughout the buying process. They went out of their way to ensure my watchband was precisely what I wanted. The strap is beautiful Hermes orange alligator and perfectly crafted. Highly recommend DR Watch Strap and would purchase from them again.

I asked for two straps to be made that were impossible to find. One for my wife's Cartier Roadster and another for a Frederique Constant watch. She did a beautiful job on both at a very reasonable price and communication was great during the entire process.

They made a perfect quality watch strap. Far better than the original Bulgari strap as I had two before (both 40% higher in price) and both damaged within no time as the leather quality was not good.
This strap seems far stronger and a better part of the leather used. Thanks again

Really at first a great service, interstead in my strap characteristics, measurements, etc.
But when a received my strap...in a nice box, with all the bolts that i could need, really excelent presentation.
But the most great was when i put the strap in my Ulysse Nardin, the strap fit perfectly.

Great experience. Was searching for a company that could make a custom watch strap for an antique Bvlgari diagono. This was especially challenging since Bvlgari uses a non standard lug design narrowing the aftermarket options. Communication and support was excellent in getting the necessary dimensions for the ordered strap. This is really appreciated as I had the antique butterfly buckle that I wanted to transpose as well. They made this happen and I couldn’t recommend them more. Turnaround time was prompt and shipping was free.

I ordered a velcro strap for my RM010ti... the strap was lost in transit when they shipped. So they told me they would remake it. I then asked them if I can instead make it for my RM 65-01 and they agreed since they had to remake it anyways. shipping is slow from China. but when i received it the strap is made like my OEM RM strap. just missing the RM stamps obviously. the cmpany is very responsive and did a good job. although they need an express shipping option. only option is priority shipping via Fed X I think.
