Yo no aprecié diferencia. La enviaron en dos semanas y con muy buena presentación. Conmigo fueron muy diligentes. Muy recomendable.

I purchased a F1 IWC Ingenieur and needed a custom strap . I reached out to Dr Watchstrap and Teresa assured me they can make me a perfect custom strap . They charged me close to $280 dollars and 2 months later I received a strap that doesn't even fit my watch .
I have tried to give them an opportunity to fix the issue and they're ignoring my situation and won't respond. It's been a week without any resolution .

Great service. Couldn't find a replacement strap for an older Baume et Mercier watch. These guys had me send in the specifications and created an almost identical match to the original. Was a little concerned about the quality of the leather and stitching but it turned out well, high quality and above expectations. Oh and they got the sizing right too, was custom to my specific watch model. Good communication. Very fast considering their location. Highly recommend. Would cost me a fortune to have a custom alligator leather strap made here in the US or the UK and it wouldn't look any different. Will definitely purchase again in the future. Many thanks

My OEM strap wore out on my Tudor Bronze and I had a hard time finding a new one. It is not a common size. Dr. Watchstrap was able to custom make new straps almost identical to the original. They were in constant communication showing me different colors and materials that I could choose from. I couldn't be happier with the final product. They even shipped a cleaning cloth, screwdriver, and extra spring bars. Top notch service.
