Fantastic quality and workmanship. I ordered a hard to get watch strap for a Franck Muller. They not only included the not so ordinary strap but the tools I needed to change it myself. This transformed the watch from sporty(original rubber strap) to a dress watch (alligator leather)

I am thrilled with my new watchband. I have a Hermes watch that is 20 years old and it runs beautifully. But it is really hard to find a band to fit properly that doesn’t cost hundreds. I took a chance with Drwatchstrap and they were excellent to deal with. They were very careful about sizing , asked for exact measurements and photos, and sent my watchstrap in the time promised. It looks really beautiful and I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend this service.

i ordered a replacement Frank Muller strap from Drawstrap after purchasing replacement straps from another vendor that were poor quality and did not fit my watch. the Drawstrap team asked questions, gave advice, and produced a product that is in my opinion better than the original manufactures product. it is much better than expected for a super reasonable price.

What made your experience great?

Recommend BUT ask that they don't courier it with FedEx if you live in Thailand - that was the only downside. Not DrWatchStrap fault.

These straps are extremely well made and comfortable. Customer service is excellent with good communication. Love that you can customize the look you want with contrast stitching.

I ordered an alligator + calf leather strap for a Breguet watch. They were professional and handled my order well.

The leather seemed to be of good quality, however the tanning was not done properly but looks spray painted to match colour of order. The layer of spray pain started to peel off around alligator skin scales where the strap bends mostly.

Also, However, the metal adapter on the curved strap where it is supposed to fit into the watch strap bay was protruding out too much and it was straight than curved blunt as the original strap had. IT DID NOT FIT THE WATCH. I tried several times, it only scraped and scratched my good watch's beautiful lug bay. The metal parts were protruding out too much and prevent the strap from going in to align with springbar slots on the watch lugs.

Since they did not offfer any solution, I had to sand off excess metal adapter protrusions with a fine mini grinder and it now fitted perfectly. This means it was not properly done to Breguet's tolerances at factory.

I wish they did a better job at these important part of the product where mounting on the watch needs to be secure, hassel free and not damaging to the watch.

Bit disappointed.

The strap was stitched well and the product overall quality seems good. Only tome cpuld tell how long it would last.

Now I have to find identical leather polish or stainer to fix the peel off areas. This is not very good.

It’s hard to find a leather band for my FM Conquistador, DRWatchstrap shows up on my search & kind of pricey compare to the others but still better than original. I read most of their reviews & decided to go ahead. After few weeks of waiting (bespoke) I’m more than happy for my purchase. Now I’m here to share with you & hope you make the right decision like I did.

After several weeks of use, I have to say that I am very pleasantly surprised at the great quality of this strap. I have no comparison to the original strap of the BP FF, but this strap is really very well made. All the seams are very well done. The strap feels very good and it is very comfortable and soft on the arm. A lot of importance is attached to the details of the strap. I think like with the original.
I also really liked the communication with Maria. The contact was very professional, and the questions she had showed that a lot of importance is attached to high quality and a perfect fit. I have tried many straps. The tailor-made strap from drwatchstraps is by far one of the best! !The watch strap is custom-made. After approx. 14 to 16 days after ordering, the watch strap arrived at my home in Germany. It was very well and safely packed in a beautiful black box. Watch tools and a cleaning cloth are included free of charge. TOP!!! I can only warmly recommend it. I will order there again at the next opportunity. I can only recommend it!
