Price was excellent, and item was exactly what was wanted. Drum Shop kept in contact to let me know how the order was progressing. They answered any questions promptly. Quick delivery. Item as described with everything packed securely to travel.

I visited Drum Shop Glasgow recently having not played a kit in 25 years. I was interested in trying out an electronic kit having only ever played acoustic kits in my younger years and also knowing an acoustic kit wasn’t an option at home.
Phil at Drum Shop spent about 45 mins with me talking through the various kits and the key differences. I also got to try out each of the kits and Phil just left me to play and have some fun on the various kits.
I dropped Phil an email a week later asking some questions after looking at the website. He came back within an hour answering my questions but also with a cracking deal on a kit with additional hardware bundle including a personal link to the website to buy the bundle.
All in all a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, great comms, quick delivery and a great price!! They couldn’t have done anything better. I’d highly recommend Drum Shop Glasgow.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Glasgow Drum shop. From the moment I called up, the team was incredibly helpful particularly Phil who guided me through choosing the right drum kit, picking the perfect colour, and finding a stool and drumsticks suitable for my
7 year old. They kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know when it was going to arrive, and even checked in to make sure it had arrived safely. Honestly, this was a fantastic service from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
