Dr Tim’s courses have always delivered and are vital when I have an attack of the lizard brain or want a little help with treatment planning! I’m ashamed to say there is loads of content that I’ve not yet explored, but I will & I know it will only enhance my practice/patient outcomes. Great job!

I have attended a number of Dr Tim’s webinars alongside his lively wife Miranda. He brings years of experience and knowledge and discusses aesthetics in a clearly focused manner. I always take some nugget of knowledge from any of the webinars I have attended.

Where do I start? I have been using Dr Tim courses for over 12 months. The courses are all so well thought out, I have 8D lips, Pro Tox, Art Codes, to name a few. I return to them time and time again, for detail, and checking myself.
The Jewel in the crown is Profinity. How amazing is this group! Support, Training Development, chances for members to be actively involved on building the greatest international community of aetheticians...sharing knowledge and skills. It's just growing and going from strength to strength

I have completed Dr Tim's online lip training. I found it very in depth and showed strategic treatment planning for different lip shapes. The 3D visual guide is really great. I enjoy having the physical book that goes alongside the course. I really enjoyed the online course and would definitely enroll onto further training from Dr Tim.
Miranda's DCAM course is fantastic and breaks down everything in detail. It has so many brillian ideas and I found it really helpful when it came to marketing. Even if you have no idea about social media, I highly recommend you get this course as it takes you through, step by step and will help you get the word out about your business.

I bought several online learning courses – all well worth the money – before I committed and became a Success Accelerator member. That’s basically their small group mentorship program with regular calls, an in-person retreat, and a plethora of other bells and whistles to further your business.

After one year, I can confidently say that my business is thriving in large part because of the coaching I received from Tim, Miranda, and the team. As a relatively new aesthetic provider (less than two years of experience before I started the coaching), it was honestly more knowledge than I could implement at once, but I was able to improve on so many fronts that I’m actually a bit sad the program is only one year.

As a Success Accelerator member, you also get access to the Profinity Club with weekly Zoom calls, where there are presentations and discussions on different topics ranging from filler injection techniques to business and marketing, in a larger group (usually between 20 and 60 people). I consider that an absolute value-for-money banger and intend to continue the club membership after the Success Accelerator program ends.

All in all: 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Dr Tim is in another league when it comes to providing educational content. He is able to break down complex ideas into simple frame works which is particularly helpful for new injectors though I feel even experienced injectors can continue to learn and develop their knowledge/skills by investing in Dr Tim’s courses. He is amazing and you won’t regret investing in his training. Once you have found him no other trainer compares!

purchased this digital program expecting premium and exclusive material based on the way it was advertised. What I received was materially different from the sales presentation. Many of the promotional images were not included in the actual product. There were no 3D scans, no meaningful additional materials, and no extra elements that justified the price.

The PDF provided was extremely basic, very short, and far below the quality and quantity implied before purchase. To make matters worse, some of the material I paid for was also available for free on the seller’s YouTube channel. That is completely inconsistent with how this product was marketed.

I am physician practicing in US, i went down the path of regenerative therapy and then aesthetic practice and was researching for a long time for a physician who had a journey, expertise and a safety profile with amazing technique and results and Dr Tim is all that . I joined the mastery program and learned extensive hands on and my understanding is deep due to his approach and teaching method. He is a physician who cares about safety, beautiful outcome , great technique and he is a fantastic teacher of both !
His team has supported me very well and especially Charlotte and Layla are super stars and do everything to help and guide through the technical process of learning .

Amazing lip filler injection guide - the most helpful was the very very close up and detailed video showing precise lip filler injection. The most detailed I have found.

I’ve done a few of Dr Tim’s courses now and can honestly say the quality of training is amazing. They are in-depth courses and truly help me be a safer and more confident practitioner. I’m currently doing the Anatomy360 course which is awesome, especially as it lets me play with plasticine!! I’m learning so much about detailed facial anatomy which is fantastic. The support team are brilliant and the live weekly ‘sculpt and chat’ sessions with Sara are helping to maintain focus and help us on our journey. Highly recommend

This was a fantastic program! The modules were detailed and informative, and I appreciated the inclusion of knowledge check questions throughout. I especially enjoyed the Complications course. To me it stood out as a highlight. The extensive feedback from interviewed clients brought the issues to life, offering both the clinician’s perspective and powerful client stories that made the content deeply impactful. I will definitely invest in more courses!

!!! Buyer Beware - Fraudulent Business Practices!!!

I purchased approximately $6,000 in programs, did not find them satisfactory (they were quite basic), returned them within the official 30 day "satisfaction guarantee" window, and was not refunded.

The company stopped responding to my messages.

The company had the nerve to continue charging me for the ongoing Profinity Membership after my cancellation.

I had to content the charges with my credit company and block Dr. Tim Pearce as a merchant.

I respect Dr. Pearce's contributions to the field of aesthetics, but not the business practices and ethics of his company.

Buyer beware.

In August, I had a full face filler procedure with Dr. Tim. I am more than happy with the results- a positively transformative experience. Thank you to the whole team!

I want to name Dr. Tim Aesthetic guru or Tox treasury. He is truly one of the best aesthetic legends. Offers you his years of experience through various videos, 3D models and many defined materials that comes free available to you as amazing references and resources to help you build your career. I have not seen such a tru, honest, dedicated trainer ever. I worked 13 years in beauty industry with 2 plastic surgen, but what I learned from Dr. Tim and his years of hands on experience,in one month I have never come across. He has right tools, deep knowledge and wonderful support team and will teach you from the base and fundamental knowledge to advance level of skills covering every aspect and level of skills you need and miss in your technique. One of the wonderful part of his program is technique Tuesday which members review complicated case study and he solves cases and answers all the questions with precise guidance. I truly appreciate him. For years I was surcharging for it finally i found what I was looking for. There are sooo much to learn from him and I hope he continues teaching. His knowledge is priceless.
