My whole experience from start to finish has been impeccable. The front of house team have been fabulous - promptly available via telephone or WhatsApp to answer any queries and alter appointments with ease. The clinic itself is beautiful and relaxing. The front off house team are so attentive offering beverages on arrival on every visit. But most importantly a friendly smile and reassurance when I was nervous. Dr Tatiana completed my peri orbital vein laser and tear trough filler. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and delicate. I have felt very comfortable and safe in her hands. She took time to explain the benefits, risks, and recovery time for each procedure. I’m over joyed with the results, especially as friends and colleagues have been mentioning that I look refreshed! I would not hesitate to come back to Dr Tatiana or her colleagues again. I will miss my little trips to London!

I was looking to lighten my freckles that had gotten much darker during and after pregnancy. Dr. Rishi (who I have seen for many years) suggested the CO2 laser- which I had heard about but had been previously apprehensive about the healing process. I cleared my schedule and had the treatment on my face and neck (which was not as painful as I had anticipated). The team and Dr. Rishi checked in on me everyday and made me feel extremely looked after- it is now almost 2 weeks since the treatment and I cannot believe the results. My freckles are gone, my complexion is clear, skin lifted and all discoloration has disappeared. I am beyond thrilled!! Thank you so much to the entire team!!

Very communicative and responsive administrative team who are very helpful with bookings and other queries. Saw Dr Rishi who is knowledgeable and highly skilled. Clinic is also very well presented to a high standard with nice added amenities eg. Vitamin boosted complimentary drink on arrival.

I’ve had filler, botox and profound done here over the course of a few years and my experience each time is as good as the last. You will receive expert advice and they will always take your thoughts strongly into consideration, meaning they won’t recommend you things you don’t need to get money from you, but they will guide you along to find what is best for you.
The clinic is spotless but not in a clinical way, it’s still welcoming. The reception staff are lovely and make you feel very comfortable.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Tatiana. since my very first visit few years ago I was impressed by her warm demeanor and professionalism. Dr. Tatiana took the time to listen to my concerns and carefully explained everything I needed to understand about it.

First-rate experience at this clinic. I had severe stretch-marks on my tummy following a miscarriage, but no other clinic I approached was willing to try a non-surgical treatment. This clinic was different. Dr Massi was kind, knowledgable, and happy to recommend Morpheus8 as a first line treatment. It worked brilliantly. After three treatments, there is at least a 65% to 75% improvement in the appearance and texture of the stretch-marks. I barely notice them now and it is such a relief not to have to see a daily reminder of a difficult time in my past. I visited Dr Tatianna for some advanced skin tightening with their Secret RF. Dr Tatiana and her team are not only professional and welcoming, but they clearly know their stuff. Two treatments in and I am thrilled with the results. Highly reccomend.

I entered Dr Tatiana's clinic with an inflammation/redness/breakout around the cheek area, which I never had experienced before. I was unable to detect what it was/and nothing topical had caused it. After a consultation, she wisely suggested my originally planned laser treatment would only irritate the area and calmed my fears that the 'roseacea symptoms' could be treated. I switched to trying the Laser Genesis Treatment with ExcelV+ - a multilayered treatment (including red deer umbilical cord extracts created in a lab!)- results aren't meant to really show until a month/a few treatments later. A week later the inflammation/redness has nearly gone - I feel so much better - THANK YOU!

Dr Rishi and staff make an amazing team. They put me at ease and were reassuring. Dr Rishi was genuinely interested in what I had to say/my expectations and was thorough in explaining all that could be achieved. He made me feel he cared. Sara's welcome was warm and friendly, she makes you feel so special, a true people person. One more session to complete my treatment but to date, I am over the moon with the results so far. 4th treatment with Dr Rishi. Results are fantastic and the care/attention to detail is impressive. They never try to push product. Genuinely interested in what makes you look/feel better. The clinic really does seem to be at the forefront of modern dermatology/aestethics. Highly recommended.

I’m in my mid-thirties & have really problematic post teenage acne skin with tendency to get inflamed and break out. I’ve had different micro needling & laser treatments over the years with ok but not amazing results. Finally, I’ve decided to try this clinic and could’t be more pleased with my skin post SecretDuo! Dr Rishi is hands down the best aesthetic doctor out there. He is kind, a great listener and takes a truly holistic approach. I did Profound for jawline tightening two years ago, followed by fillers earlier this week. The results are amazing and look incredibly natural at the same time.
