Really excellent. Super happy with my result. And the experience itself was stress free. I felt really comfortable with Dr Gupta from the start, he answered all my questions in my consultation and I didn't feel rushed or patronised at all.

The clinic is really superb, the waiting area is really nice for whoever you bring with you. And the team kept my partner updated. I opted for the optional sedation and I blinked and it was over. The recovery was no bother, and my bruising was gone within a week. I am left with a natural looking result, and no scars. No one i didn't tell noticed anything and I'm just super happy with my result.

Dr Gupta and his team at the Hunar Clinic have greatly improved my life after successfully treating my lipoedema with tumescent micro lipo. At the age of 70 I have avoided showing my legs in public for years. No dresses, swimming pools or beach holidays. I had tried all sorts of diets to try and shrink my knees without success. I was nervous before my initial consultation, because of my condition, but I was treated with dignity and respect and felt that I was in safe hands. On the day of the procedure I met all the team. They were calm and friendly and I felt safe. The facilities were modern and spotless. I don’t remember much about the procedure and I wasn’t in a great deal of discomfort immediately afterwards. I reckon it was a couple of weeks before I felt back to normal and could stop wearing the compression garments. There was a degree of nerve pain and itching but that has more or less stopped. I feel very happy with my new legs.

I first thought about Breast reduction surgery in my early 30's having put up with excessively large boobs & all the problems that go with it. Being teased at home & at school, led to low self esteem , no confidence , embarrassment & the worst thing, nothing fitted (I'm 5'2 & small frame ) . I bought tops that drowned me to hide my shape & others that fell of my shoulders and gaped under the arms. I would get sore underneath my boobs after even a short walk & straps of my bras dug in leaving huge red marks.

The only option at that time was traditional Breast reduction surgery & having never had a general anaesthetic or any sort of surgery before, I wasn't convinced this was right for me.

My weight fluctuated through my 50's & although achieving a weight closer to what it should be, my boobs just seem to get larger & larger. It was depressing & I started to look again at surgery & also alternative procedures.

After much research, I was amazed to find a procedure carried out by Dr Gupta at the Hunar Clinic without the need for a general anaesthetic or extensive surgery. I was so excited by what I was reading I made the call to arrange a consultation that day.

Dr Gupta & his assistant Jess were so lovely, I felt at ease straight away . Dr Gupta described in detail the procedure of micro Liposuction , the aftercare & my expectations which was really important . At the end of the consultation, I was delighted Dr Gupta accepted me for the procedure & I was encouraged to ask any further questions before I made a decision. My mind was already made up & a date was set !

3 weeks later I arrived back at the clinic & was met by a lovely nurse who chatted & went through all the consent paperwork & aftercare instructions. I changed into a gown ,socks & slippers & had a brief chat with Dr Gupta & met the anaesthetist .

My boobs were weighed ( that was funny ) marks drawn & photos taken. The next thing I remember was waking up as the procedure had been completed. Already in dressings & compression clothing I walked back to change & have a cup of tea & a sandwich. Having IV sedation was brilliant as I didn't want to know what was going on & I didn't feel sleepy at any point afterwards.

It all seemed so surreal & I'm still pinching myself today, how straightforward the whole procedure was from start to finish having arrived at 11am & ready to leave just after 2pm !

The aftercare instructions were very clear & I was excited the next morning to remove the dressings, shower & take a first look .
Despite a little swollen & some bruising I could see a reduction in the size . I was also pleased as pain killers were not needed at all. The compression clothing was a little uncomfortable but was only for a few days so not a problem.

It's really good fun trying on clothes that I previously wore & seeing the difference in how I now look, and clothes shopping is now a pleasure rather than a chore. When standing, I can look down & see my feet & the tops of my arms which makes me smile.

My follow up appointment included taking more photos & I was shown the ones taken before surgery . (awful , never want to see those again !)

I'm sat writing this whilst on holiday, wearing a swimming costume (haven't done that since age 14) & I wear dresses & tops that actually fit . I feel so much happier than before & if you're reading this & feel unsure, please book a consultation as it may well be the start of something amazing.

Iam 48 yrs old and was diagnosed with lipoedema in January 2020. I’ve spent all my life covered up from the waist down. My legs were out of proportion with my waist & upper body. I exercised and lost weight. My GP would tell me I had body dysmorphia and do more exercise until I read about Dr Gupta and found pictures online with others who had similar legs to mine. I made an appointment with a different GP and told her about my legs, gave her the link to Dr Gupta which she read at the appointment then immediately referred me to the lymphoedema clinic. This was the start of my journey. I was then diagnosed type 3 stage 2.
I immediately spoke to the lovely Jess at Hunar Clinic who booked me in for a free consultation.
Dr Gupta was so kind, knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk to. He listened and understood what I was going through and explained everything in great detail. I was so emotional that after all these years he could help me be pain free and make my legs more in proportion to the rest of my body. He gave me sensible advice on expectations with minimal invasion but with maximum results and details regarding recovery and follow ups. I went away knowing he was the one.
I had my first surgery inner thighs & knees 1 year ago, 4 days between each leg.
The results are amazing!
The care was second to none. The whole team are incredible. I felt safe, comfortable and so relaxed. I’m now 2 months post calves and my life has been transformed. The results have exceeded my expectations and I feel confident in clothes for the first time in years. I look in the mirror and sometimes just well up. Such an emotional journey but I wouldn’t have done it anywhere else. My next procedure is outers and this will be the icing on the cake!

Honest and compassionate approach with discussion around desired outcomes and what can be achieved. I found the whole team supportive and friendly, answering questions and being to hand if I needed. The information packs are so well organised that I did not need to ask anything else about my first procedure (lowers for lipoedema) and I am about to embark on my second surgery with the team. My daughter has had a consultation for her possible lipoedema - and I would not trust her with anyone that was not absolutely spot on!
Surgery was exactly as explained, and recovery to the letter. All compression, dressings and medication were suppled too, which really helps!

Dr Gupta literally changed my life, i have suffered with Lipoedema for many years, i never thought i would have a body i was comfortable in and most importantly pain free. His advice and honesty is just outstanding, he only wants to help and improve peoples lives where he can.

Cannot recommend Dr Gupta enough. He deserves more than 5 stars. From the very first day I met him I knew he was the one to help me on my journey. Nothing was an issue and I felt so at ease during it all.

If there was a loyalty program for the Dr Gupta experience I would be a Gold card holder. I cannot recommend highly enough his expertise and the exceptional experience he strives so hard to give to every client.

In 2019 Dr Gupta took my arms from flabby and hidden under long sleeves (even in 35 degree heat) to slender and sleeveless, and I saw the attention to detail and understanding of the female form that he brings to every procedure he undertakes.

8 weeks ago I met him again in his wonderful purpose built clinic in Gerrards Cross which has just won the Aesthetics Awards for best new clinic. I am not surprised - this establishment is far from the conveyor belt clinics that you often stumble across online and Dr Gupta is supported brilliantly by his family and team to make this a unique and professional experience.

On this occasion he performed tumescent liposuction on my stubborn hips that had slowly appeared since the menopause started and had taken away the definition of a waist that I used to have. He ensured that I was well informed on the likely result, procedure itself and the recovery period. The technique Dr Gupta offers is very different to vaser liposuction as he uses a significantly smaller cannula which gives the ability to reduce recovery time and really contour the body.

On the day the team were superb in keeping me relaxed and comfortable and the procedure itself was very easy. Dr Gupta is a perfectionist and highly experienced in knowing what great looks like - I had absolute confidence in him and knew what a great result I would achieve. He kept in touch over the following days and weeks to ensure I was happy with progress and it was only two days post procedure that I was able to remove the compression garments.

8 weeks on I have a beautifully defined waist (better than I had before I had kids) and my muffin top has gone. Trousers and skirts look smoother and I am enjoying cinching my new waist in with belts - something I have been unable to do for some years.

It goes without saying that I am again delighted with the result as I knew I would be, but in addition to that with the new clinic Dr Gupta is now able to offer an end to end experience that is personal and superb.

Highly recommended - do not think twice about contacting the wonderful Dr Gupta if like me you feel that you are losing your body mojo.

From the initial consultation through to my procedures being completed, I could not fault the service and attention I received. From booking the consultation to the day of my final surgery the whole experience had been phenomenal.

I booked my consultation online through his secretary - plenty of dates to choose from and they were able to fit me in really quickly.

Consultation - finding the clinic was really easy, there’s parking at the clinic and I felt really safe that they were complying to covid guidelines. The clinic itself is fabulous - absolutely gorgeous and feels very high end, the front of house was so lovely not at all standoffish like you get at Harley street and she was amazing at keeping me updated afterwards. In my consultation Dr Gupta first had a chat about my problems and explained thoroughly the procedure involved and gave me plenty of time to answer questions and did so in an open and honest manner. We then had a chaperone in the consultation room while he examined my body - no awkwardness at all and I felt like my dignity was respected throughout. I didn’t even need to point out my problem areas (as I thought I would have to!) he knew were they were straight away and this gave me great confidence - he was realistic with what I should expect which I respected.

Pre-op: all the information I could ever need was provided to me over email and booking was an absolute dream - before the surgery I knew exactly what to expect and didn’t feel nervous of the unknown.

Day of surgery: first I was given a COVID test before entering the surgery that morning and then I was escorted by the nurses to have pre-op tests done: blood pressure medical history and questionnaires as well as a pregnancy test, I was dressed in a lovely branded dressing gown and given some lovely fluffy socks and slippers to put on. I then got to meet my anaesthesiologist who was amazing very funny and relaxing and then Dr Gupta brought me through to the operating theatre - there he took extensive photographs and marked out all my areas again I didn’t have to point any problem areas out he could see them and marked them out with the deftness of an artist. You’d think standing in a room full of people in your undies would be mortifying especially when I don’t even feel comfortable going out in shorts but they were all so lovely and kept me chatting and laughing that it just felt completely natural. I went to sleep and when I woke up it was all done I was dressed in my compression garments and a wonderful nurse escorted me into a lovely conservatory for a nice coffee and a bite to eat before going through the aftercare instructions again and handing me my goody bag then then escorted me to my partner in the car.

The results so far have surpassed my expectations, I was expecting to be in a lot of pain but he’s so talented with his techniques that I barely had bruising (when compared to pictures from other surgeons) I’ve not needed to use the strong painkillers and the quality of the compression garments provided have been excellent. Dr Gupta even sent me post op pictures he took so I could see the results before swelling set in which really helps as with liposuction you do get a fair amount of swelling afterwards which can be distressing when you’re expecting tiny ballet limbs straight away!!!
Aftercare was brilliant I saw him again the following week for my next surgery and yet again the whole team impressed me!

I would recommend 100% based on the experience - I’ll try to update re:results but even with the swelling the shape of my legs has improved so much and level of pain has reduced dramatically since before the op.

My experience and treatment at the Hunar clinic exceeded my expectations. Dr Gupta is very knowledgeable, experienced, and easy to talk to. He patiently asked relevant questions, listened well along the process, guided professionally, I felt involved, not rushed. I had Liposuction done for my tummy by Dr Puneet Gupta and his team at the Hunar Clinic in Gerrards Cross.

I am a male in my late 40's and have been a diabetic for a number of years. I have maintained a fairly healthy lifestyle. I would class myself as lean, medium tops & 32/34 waist. I have been physically active with regular exercise and careful eating but despite all this I couldn't shift some very stubborn fat from my abdominal area.

I did a lot of research on various ways of getting rid of it and finally realised some form of liposuction would be the best. I began my quest of finding the best surgeon and went to clinics on Harley street first because of its reputation. To be honest, I wasn't very impressed with the old-fashioned buildings where consultations were done in dingy basements and it just didn't feel fit for surgical procedures. Most places I went to, I did not see a doctor. I had a consultation with a sales person who gave me a quote and asked me when would I like to book it for! I was quite taken aback by the production line commercial approach as I didn't know who is the doctor, what kind of technique will be used and what are the limitations if any.

I went back to my research again and came across Dr Puneet Gupta. I was quite impressed by his track record of consistently good reviews on numerous independent reviews websites and that he is very honest but I was still very sceptical based on my previous experience I also came across a review where someone was unhappy because Dr Gupta said NO to treating some areas and for me that was a very important indicator of a doctor's integrity so I decided to go ahead and booked a consultation with him

I met Dr Gupta at his modern clinic in Gerrards Cross. The first impression itself was very impressive and reassuring. It is located in the countryside with its own onsite parking so no issues with driving and finding a place to park. Clinic itself gave an impression of Beverly Hills quality and spotlessly clean. I found him very friendly and approachable. He listened to me patiently and understood my problem. After examining me and ascertaining that I was a suitable candidate he then explained everything to me in detail about the whole process, recovery and my entire journey if I decide to go ahead and answered all my questions patiently. I realised immediately why he is considered one of the best as he told me exactly what he could or couldn't achieve and left the choice with me to make a decision which I think was very reassuring as I wasn't being pushed into booking it.

I received an email from his office with more detailed information about the whole process and to take my time to read through and then make my decision. I decided to go ahead with microlipo on my abdomen under local anaesthesia due to its minimally invasive nature and very little downtime.

On the day of the surgery, my wife drove me to the clinic. I was tested for Covid first and then got admitted for my procedure. I was made to sign a few forms. After the formalities, I was asked to change. I was then offered some tablets to feel relaxed during the procedure. The whole procedure took less than two hours. It happened under local anaesthesia. The anaesthetic fluid was injected into the tummy which was the only slightly uncomfortable part of the entire process. I won't call it painful and it only lasted for about 10 minutes. After this, I had to wait for half an hour or so for the anaesthetic to take effect. Dr Gupta then made a few very tiny holes about the size of the tip of a pen in my tummy to remove the fat. It was fascinating to watch all this happening since I was awake. Some dressings and compression garments were applied after the procedure to aid with the healing process. The dressing had to be changed once every morning for 2 days until it stopped leaking and the compression garment had to be worn for 3 days. I was told 2 litres of very fibrous fat was removed in the process.

I had some initial swelling which lasted a week and then started subsiding gradually. I was able to get back to work on the second day and go for a walk on the third day. I felt normal by the end of the first week. I am absolutely delighted with the results already and according to Dr Gupta these will improve further with time.

I am very very impressed with my overall experience and did find Dr Gupta extremely skilled in what he does. The whole team was very helpful and caring and I couldn't find any fault in the service from start to finish.

I would highly recommend anyone considering such type of procedures to at least have a consultation with him which is free but you may get valuable honest information.

What an amazing surgeon and a kind and genuine individual. Dr Gupta is clearly fantastic at his job but at the same time he displayed an empathy and understanding towards me as his patient about something which I was nervous about and had never thought I would need to address with surgery. He is honest which is important and treats you like a person individually assessing your situation and what would work for you. My lipedema was pretty severe for someone who is highly active and I had three operations within one month. The recovery was difficult but entirely worth it when you start to see the results which is very soon. He was transparent about the procedure and the recovery at the initial consultation and I would not pick any other doctor. Great supportive team and a wonderful clinic.

The first time I used this Dr I was blown away by the results. I have since returned to him three more times and he has been just as excellent every time. His skills, clinic and staff are the absolute best that there is. I really can't recommend him enough.

I had the best experience with Dr Gupta! I'd had a few consultations with other people before meeting him and no one filled me with confidence to be honest, but when i met Dr Gupta i was really impressed by his willingness to actually listen to me and his understanding of my problem. I am 30 years old and I have been thinking about getting this procedure done for a long time.
After a long search I decided to book a consultation with Dr.Gupta as I wanted to be followed just by one of the best in this field with lots of years of experience and many procedures done.
Dr Gupta is very friendly and professional, and he explains the procedure extremely well, including pre and post-surgery details. Side effects and recovery time were clarified straight away and also expectations were discussed in a practical and realistic way, which I found very honest. This was important and helped me to decide to go ahead with the procedure. I have decided to have 2 procedures instead of 1, I had micro-lipo to the abdomen and inner thighs.
On the day of the procedures (those were carried out 2 weeks apart) I was very excited; Dr. Gupta and his team made me feel very comfortable and they were very genuine and caring. I did non feel any pain during the procedure and I was able to go home shortly after walking on my own legs.
I was surprised by how minimally invasive this procedure was and how well and fast I recovered.
I was immediately able to walk and do basic activities and I could go back to my normal exercise routine at the gym in about 15-20 days.
I am now 6 weeks post-surgery and I am extremely happy with the result. It is truly impressive. I have no scares and I am totally satisfied.
