I am a complete beginner .. The guys helped me activate the system. I had no idea what the matter was. They replied after 10pm to my e-mails. The whole set is absolutely ok. And they are still helpful. I highly recommend. I will go back there.

Bought an xt60 male to 3.5mm DC converter, only one I could find on the web. Good price paid, but cost just as much again to ship (not the shop's fault). Arrived quickly and well packaged in a Jiffy Bag.
