Great software and customer supports. It is just convenient for me to have MP3 music file so that I can listen to music anywhere, even without Internet connection. DRmare music converter for Tidal works great. When I need some support due to my computer issue, not their software issue, the customer support responses have been very quick and very helpful. Highly recommened.

Before 2025, this software was great. You could convert a PURCHASED iTunes audio file and convert it to MP3 without any problem. I purchased a "lifetime license" and used it a few times to convert audio files I bought from iTunes. In 2025, DRmare changed the software so that its "lifetime license" - only functions if you pay an additional subscription fee of $10.99 a month. If you opt out of the subscription, there is no service. Their website is misleading because they don't mention the subscription fee is required to convert files after you pay for the license. "Lifetime license" is meaningless since I purchased it for a product that no longer exists. It's irrelevant that I bought it 6 years ago...6 years isn't a lifetime. What good is a license for a product that completely changes the terms to get more money out of you. Ridiculous. Please note, all the five star reviews pre-date the software change. If you're seeing 2023 rave reviews, they no longer apply.

This is an update to respond to the reply DRMare posted below my review. Nowhere on DRMare's site for the product do they mention the change that requires the buyer to pay a monthly subscription fee. They continue to market the product the same way they always did. Secondly, most Android users can listen to M4a files now without having to convert them, and if you still want to convert them you can do so using free apps (which work for most songs, not audiobooks). There's no value in buying a license from DRMare, which is basically "Apple Music Sales" for an additional $10.99 a month. Additionally, do not fall for their M4V conversion software because that never worked even before Apple changed its terms. All it did was create an audio file of a movie. I got suckered into that one too, like a lot of people did. Complete waste of money.

I had a registration problem at 9.30 am and it was solved by the support team (Mallin) half an hour later at 10 am. Never in my life (I am 60 years old) I received such a fast and problem solving tech support. Great job!

Iv been using audible audio converter for years. It's easy to use, and works great! The few times iv needed to reach out to customer support, they have been quick to respond, and very easy to work with! Iv recommended the converter to others in the past, and I will continue to do so!

Lately was using DRmare Apple Music Converter on
macOS and was surprised with the improvements from a previous version (DRmare Audio Converter). The conversion speed is much higher than playback (previously was the same on Mac), it is not hanging randomly (before it was needing to cancel and start over). The best part is I am happy with the sound level using default settings. Previously the sound level was lower and dependant on sound settings as virtual device (MMAudio Device) was used.

In summary, if you just start, DRmare Apple Music Converter is doing it all better and seamless.

I’m impressed by the progress DRmare made with the latest version - 3.4. Not only well designed UI, smooth integration with the iTunes but - primarily - extraction quality. In previous versions the software grabbed the content after it was decoded. Stored as lossless the sound preserved initial quality but re-encoded back to compressed format (even AAC-LC with high bitrate which cascades well) the quality degradation was notable without measuring any parameters (e.g. treble levels above 16 kHz). Currently the sound quality perception is equal to the source input from the Apple Music stream. Chapeau bas !
