Great software, Brilliant customer service.

I have been a customer of DRmare software for many years the software is great. I could leave the review at that, but what make the company so special is the after sales support.
When you have a problem with the software and need help the support is incredibly fast to respond with friendly, helpful advice, even after years of purchase.

Well, I tried the demo. I had a glitch, which proved to be my fault. Customer service patiently worked me through it, so I bought the full package. I love the program and highly recommend it if you have a large Amazon music library like me!

I've been using DRmare for over a year now, both their Audio and Video conversion programs. The audio program is fantastic. They have a tough time keeping up with the Apple Video though. Even with the latest update, I can't convert newer movies that I've bought from iTunes. That said, Apple should let us do with the movies as we please, we bought them, we own them...we should be able to put them on. I have a 200tb server, strictly media and Apple makes loading up difficult.
That said, I'm still happy with the DRmare software.
Their customer service is, bar none, the best I've dealt with. I had to replace the drives in my computer last week which nullified my licenses. Dropped an email to Tech Services explaining the situation and, not 24 hrs. later, they reinstituted my keys and all was well with the world.
Fingers crossed that they can figure out a patch for the latest iTunes version. There's lots of movies I want to buy :)

Great speedy support from DRmare from technical point of view when I signed out life license. Drmare again fully supported to switched my license into my new Mac computer. Wish that DRmare can consider to add an option to download original file format, bit rate & sampling rate in Tidal also include FLAC MQA / WAV MQA.

The software works great and when I did have a specific question, customer support took very good care of me throughout my inquiry. The customer support representative Mallin has provided speedy and helpful responses that I will be looking to get more of their software.

I found the support staff to be friendly; responsive; knowledgeable of their product and the problem I was facing; and, most importantly, they showed concern for my problem.

The level of support provided was exemplary. So many other software providers could learn a lot from DRmare Software about making customers feel valued.

Mallin was incredible at helping me very quickly with my installation issue. He was responsive and helpful even in non-traditional working hours. He solved my issue in one attempt, which was great.

I've used Audio Converter for more than five years, first on a Windows PC and now on a new Mac. I was looking for something that would convert Audible files (AAX) to MP3s. It does the job quickly and offers some nice output features such as breaking a book into chapters, or having a single file.

I got one of those emails from Spotify suspending my account for unauthorized downloads. Their muddled search results, their erroneous mp3 tags, and their poor audio quality caused me to give Tidal a try. I love Tidal. When I contacted DRmare regarding the transfer of my DRmare Spotify lifetime license to a lifetime DRmare Tidal license I got a download link and activation code within a few hours. DRmare is a great company with a great support team.

App just works, no fiddling of twiddling. Like it!

It works just fine. However Yesterday I got an Email from Spotify suspending my account. You have to promise not to download from them again, to get control of your account back. I would therefore advise not to waste your money on this software. I believe Spotify is the only program it works on. It may take sometime but you will get that Email suspending you.
