I had an issue with delivery but the customer support resolved it quickly and went above my expectations. Still waiting for install so cannot comment on the performance of the product.

Hard wired & everything works.
Purchased additional Memory cards 256GB and they to when tested on my desktop computer are faster than my sandisk ones. So happy with that,

Great rear camera. It’s easy to install, the power cable is long enough for a SUV tailgate, and the camera angle is easy to adjust.

Very good communication update regarding orders (and even with the initial unavailability of SD card). Products (front and rear dash cams plus SD card) seem good quality and currently performing well as expected. Good price for dash cams and with over-all good review online.

The Drive Vision Dashcam is an excellent product, most negative reviews are due to a misunderstanding on how they work, as I did after my tangle with a bus. I thought the footage was lost however the actual crash footage was sent to a locked file named OR on the SD card for safe keeping. The footage is very easy to minimise with Win 11 on your PC or Laptop and then email it to your insurance company as I did to prove I was not not at fault.

The team at DriveVision were great.My order was expedited quickly. Furthermore I needed support after the install and any questions I had were promptly answered. About 8 months later I changed cars as I thought the unit was worth keeping. In removing the dash cam I damaged the wiring harness, I contacted them and they immediately sent a replacement. The harness was not faulty, I damaged it and they still sent me a new harness free of charge. How's that for after sales service? I might add that I was receiving emails from them over a weekend. Great to setup i noticed one review mentioned the issue with the film no problems at all just made sure all was clean and tidy.
I have yet to hard wire the units but cant rush things.
Love it small compact and looks great to me.

I bought the front and rear camera version, quality of hardware is great.
Installation is simple. All the bits required came in the box.
The mobile application is intuitive. Works great.
I bought after someone bumped my car in a car park. wish I had it installed earlier.

Simple and easy to setup downloading from wifi was a breeze 10/10 recommend the product.

I bought both the front and rear camera. Its really small and neat. I had it professionally installed, so I’ve had no issues with setup. The guy helped me set the app on my phone to the best settings, and made sure things were functioning perfectly. The videos are clear, and automatically populate into the app. If you need a video, it’s one click to download. Im very happy with it, and have referred to friends.

Purchasing was easy and shipping timings were fairly decent. The installation process was rather simple once you plan things out. The video quality is superb and I can't say anything negative about the camera other than one minor improvement which may be able to be solved with a software update. To include the ability to either disabled or dim down the 3 LED lights as they are distracting at night.

I have had a few Dash Cameras over the years, and the advancement is to say the least astounding. We purchased a KIA Sportage a year or so back and had a Uvue Plus Dash Cam supplied and installed for $1100. My wife purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan and searched for a suitable dash cam and considered the $390 cost of the drivevision dash cam more than reasonable. When comparing the video on each of these dash cams, there is certainly no standout difference and, on this basis, I would not hesitate in recommending the drivevision to anyone who is intending to purchase a extremely good quality dash cam at a more than reasonable price.

So far I like the product. Neatly packed. I had it professionally installed so it is working well. However, I will reserve my final judgement after a few months’ operation. My major frustrations so far have been the length of time from ordering to delivery-several weeks and dealing with AI rather than being able to speak to a real human. Early on I did wonder whether I had been scammed. I am pleased to say that all seems well now at this early stage of my use of a dash cam.

Bought the camera last yr end of December, worked well at 1st then weather temperature increases and that’s when the problems started to happen.
Drive vision dash cams do not stand up to Australian road conditions as advertised, unit keeps on switching on and off when temperatures exceed 35 degrees plus.
I’ve asked for a replacement at first and you just send me a memory card, now I’ve asked for a full refund.
Drive Vision keeps on sending the same trouble shooting emails, but reading all other negative reviews I see I’m not the only one with the turning on/turning off problems.
Should have just spent more money and get a Blackvue system, thought I’d support an “Australian” company but I guess I was wrong.
This place just takes your money and doesn’t offer any immediate support, waiting days for a reply. And they don’t even have a phone number to call, perhaps that’s why of the inundated complains there will get.

Bought this unit late last year, have today tried to install it. I failed at the first hurdle. The information book advises you to use the electrostatic film prior to fitting the unit to your windscreen. I followed the instructions to the letter, and the electrostatic film just peeled off the screen once l’d attached the unit. I now have to try and source some really good double sided sticky pads. I would have been better to leave the electrostatic film off.
