Motorhome breakdown
This the first time I have had to use my breakdown cover .My call was answered immediately .The problem was explained and the person arranged for recovery. The vehicle was transported to garage in less than 2 hours .I was kept informed all the time when breakdown company was arriving. The service was 1st class

I have been using Driver Guardian for several years, I currently have three vehicles with them and probably a fourth one soon. They are easy to get hold of and talk to on the phone. Their breakdown procedure is efficient. They do not try to up sell.
They are good value.

I’ve been with Driver Guardian for many years and I would not change to any other company. I now have three of my family using this company and like me they give it 5 stars.
They offer a superb package at a very reasonable price and provide a range of services for the one price .Other companies would charge you a lot of money for a roadside service only. Highly recommended.

Personally I have not had to use Driver Guardian but my partner who had contacted you when her car wouldn’t start was let down by your call centre not ringing her back to advise on the action taken to help. End result a two hour wait and help from another source to get her home. Apology accepted from your representative hopefully just a one off failure to help! Reports from friends I’ve advised to come to you for cover and the help they’ve received have been very good

We have used driver guardian for a number of years now. We have had to use the call out a couple of times. Both times absolutely superb. Always friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of notice for renewal. Quite simply I cannot fault them!

Excellent service
I have been a member of driver guardian 4 years and never had to use until yesterday when had a flat battery on car . With it being 4pm in Christmas Eve I thought this could be a problem but no , seamless call centre process and booking in for someone to come out to my home and assess issue . Within 45 mins of the initial call the car was charged and I was on my way .
Way above my expectations and I will definitely be recommending to others .

Renewal of membership.
Renewed my membership today with Driver Guardian and it could not have been easier. I spoke with Gareth, but our call was interrupted as I had a work issue to deal with. Gareth said he would ring me back in half an hour and he did just that. Gareth was polite and extremely helpful and the renewing of my membership was very straightforward and done very quickly. An excellent service.

Excellent Breakdown Service
Came back after a week away. Went to my car, but couldn't unlock it, no matter how many times I clipped the key to open the door. It wouldn't let me. Eventually got into car, car key would not work. Called out Driver Guardian. WOW came quite quickly, He jumped my battery and car started straight away, we then made our way down to Halfords. The last time I called them out was approximately nearly 7 years ago, I have been with Driver Guardian for about 12 years. Recommend to all my friends Reasonably priced and they give me a discount when I renew. Thank you
