Ordered a part on 7th Sept. got an email saying the part was dispatched - never recieved it - several emails and attempts to contact them met with zero responce - I do not believe the positive reviews on here as it appears to be a scam site with only a PO box and no phone number - order from this site at your peril....UPDATE they eventually got back to me and I now have a full refund..

Totally a scam, beware! Buying from eBay but received nothing even no tracking number, no one answered my question for days

Bosch air flow meter order - Part number: BOSCH F 00C 2G2 025

I was pleasantly surprised when Driven2Automotive asked me to confirm not only that the part number that I wanted (Air flow meter: BOSCH F 00C 2G2 025) was correct by asking for my vehicle registration, but also the part number of the housing in which it is meant to fit in. I thought the support and customer care was very thorough!

Part received a day later by Royal Mail with tracking and fitted. Not only Driven2Automotive provided the part on the picture, but the housing as well (it may come. The part was in a BOSCH packing box with a non-break genuine seal, professionally packed with a blanking grommet on either side of the housing to prevent dust from entering and possibly contaminate the Air flow meter.

As the part was included with the housing as well with the two safety torx screws prefitted, it only took. me 5 minutes to change the part. The engine of my old Mercedes C-Class W202 that was sort of misfiring from cold for about a couple of miles, now starts like a charm!

Ordered a car part that was stated to be in stock, payment was taken, postage was confirmed on the Monday. Then I was sent an order refunded email and received a refund on Tuesday. Really strange way to run a business. I wouldn’t bother with them. Untrustworthy.

Poorly run company with zero customer focus.
Items ordered not received. Three subsequent emails sent for a tracking number but no reply.
Avoid if you value good service.

I needed a Hella Headlight, they were able to assist me in selecting the correct version and provided a good price.
Unfortunately, stock levels changed and it meant I would be waiting for new stock in just over a month.
Due to the deteriation of the headlight, I was not able to wait for new stock so I cancelled my order and requested a refund. This was dealt with professionally and efficiently.
I had to pay more to buy it else where, but timescales didnt allow for any delay.
I must say I was concerned having read some of the online reviews, but in my experience I had no problems.

Terrible company, they fail to give any tracking for items ordered and ignore messages sent direct on there website, email and messenger.

I needed a component for my vehicle and Driven2Automotive was significantly the cheapest Company to purchase it from.

Therefore, I purchased it from them, but then read their feedback on Trustpilot - I then spent a few days worrying that I'll never receive it and spent a few minutes reading up on 'claiming refunds via Paypal' as that is how I paid - thinking I'll never receive the order. However, their feedback on eBay was very good so I thought I'd leave it for a while.

The item was marked as dispatched via Royal Mail 48, but no tracking number was provided - that's it I thought as I'd never receive it, but thinking I'll wait until the estimated delivery time was exceeded to complain.

So it was dispatched on a Friday and delivered intact on Wednesday and that includes a Bank Holiday Monday, so overall the Service was Brilliant. Weirdly delivered by DPD and not Royal Mail 48 as highlighted.

Thank you and, from my experience, the Service was faultless. The only thing to improve the Service is to provide tracking details to the customers as it left me slightly nervous given the previous reviews where my package was.

I'd definitely use Driven2Automotive again and many thanks for a great Service.

Located a hard to find part with Driven2 but there were problems with the courier service used and part failed to arrive. Some delays initially in making contact but once this was resolved they went out of their way to be helpful and to keep me advised of all developments. Replacement part arrived today on time. Would be happy to buy from Driven 2 again.

Fantastic service! I installed some new NGK spark plugs that were delivered really quickly, and my bike now starts and runs perfectly.

Glad they are genuine NGK spark plugs. I will definitely use them again and have added them to my fav sellers list.

AVOID. ORDERED OFF EBAY 29TH NOV, FINALLY DELIVERED MID JANUARY. TRYING TO RETURN PART AND GET A CREDIT IS A NIGHTMARE WITH THEM.

This company went above and beyond to help me replace the broken headlight on my car. They were really professional and sorted me out with next-day delivery too.

If you look at their eBay store they have over 180,000 feedback with a score of 99.9% Positive.

Just goes to show that you can trust this company and ignore these other slightly suspicious bad reviews!

Returned via next day delivery with proof.
Sarah promised to send the correct ones as a priority, now they won’t reply to my emails, won’t give a refund or even send the correct bulbs out.
Please don’t lose your money with these cowboys.
If only I had read the reviews first.
EBay/PayPal are stepping in to resolve.

Once again another bad review. This company finally replied to my emails but… I was told to send my item back and I would be refunded. I sent the item a week ago from the post office. Paid £9 for tracking and them to receive it next day, what a surprise no replies from the company now. So they have sold me an item that is advertised incorrectly and now I’ve sent it back they will not reply or refund me. Honestly it’s an utter disgrace and really unsure how they are still trading. Nothing but bad reviews for this company I can now see why from my own experience.

Ordered some spark plugs. I specified and paied extra for fedex international priority shipping, because of customs to denmark. I have an account with fedex so i dont have to pay for the custom handling.
The first day it was described as shipped. 2 days later i received a notice from a shipping company, not fedex that they have received shipping papers so they will pick up the box now.
So now i received an invoice of 33£ From the regular post office that i need to pay for handling and custom charges.
That was the reason i paid for fedex shipping to awoid this. A bad company, they dont answer you back when you write them. I hope they will close there company if this is how they deal with there costumers.

They took payment for a product they didn't have, they then mark it as shipped! Only when you query it after 3 weeks do you find out the questionable activities.

BEWARE DEALING WITH DRIVEN2AUTOMOTIVE.

Bought an alternator on eBay, was to be delivered next day delivery, item costs 219 GBP. Part did not show up , tried contacting them numeros times unsuccessful till I threatened negative feedback . They respond it was sent Royal Mail unrecorded delivery, if you do not get the alternator in the next few days they will send another and make a claim against R.M.

They would expect me to believe they sent a item costing 219 GBP unrecorded. They were lying nothing was sent . I asked to cancel and to give me a refund ignored my messages and send the alternator after 12 days. My office staff not knowing accepted the package. I opened a return request on ebay as they where not responding and sent the Item back recorded delivery. Ten days later they still refuse to acknowledge they got the item after tracking showing delivered . Had to ask eBay to step in and settle the matter, got a refund through eBay.
