Drishti Beats provides an effective framework for students to teach beautiful vinyasa flow yoga practices. Owners, Lori & Jeremy, are skilled musicians who provided special guidance to create dynamic music playlists to accompany a powerful flow. Full of positivity, they are loving, nurturing, articulate, ethical, and passionate empowering students to go beyond the classroom and peacefully unite mind, body & spirit. Online training is well organized, easy to follow and convenient. I found videotaping my flows/homework intimidating but Lori & Jeremy endlessly encourage progress over perfection. After completion of RYT200 training with Drishti Beats , I “hit the ground running” and surprised myself (and probably my teachers/fellow students☺️) with successful classes. I remain engaged with weekly meetings because training is invaluable and Lori & Jeremy have infectious personalities.

Drishti Beats yoga teacher training is an amazing learning and growth experience. I completed my 200-hour in-person training with them in 2019 and immediately felt at home learning from Lori and Jeremy. From day one, they cultivated an environment that felt genuinely safe, supportive, and completely free of judgment. Currently, I am continuing to deepen my skills with them through their on-line portal for my 300 hour training. This training offers everything you need to become a successful yoga teacher. This training extensively covers yoga philosophy, anatomy, pranayama, the nuances of sequencing and alignment, the history of yoga, and the business of yoga to name a few. You will learn multiple styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. In addition, what sets this training apart from others is you will learn to incorporate music into your yoga classes, not just as background music but as an integral part of the yoga experience, teaching breath, movement and music in a synergistic way that leaves you feeling uplifted and connected. Every subject is taught with passion and clarity. The modules are easy to navigate, provide a ton of resources and reading suggestions, and they are always available for questions and support. While I started this program thinking I wanted to deepen my understanding of yoga, I’ve gained so much more through personal growth and reflection. I would highly recommend their online program to anyone who wants to feel inspired and empowered. It is thoughtfully designed and full of depth. It is completely self-paced, with built-in accountability to keep you on track with your personal goals. Lori and Jeremy have spent years genuinely living and studying this practice and wish for you to leave feeling fully equipped and ready to teach, with the knowledge, confidence, and self-awareness to keep growing in all directions. Becoming a Drishti Beats yoga student is a path built for me because the yoga is pure, cerebral, energetic, musical and fun. The teacher training is taught in a self-paced manner that encourages building solid yoga foundations, principles and practices. The learning path that is offered actually epitomizes yoga because there are no failings or perfections, only a constant flow of support from Lori and Jeremy along the way.

Now, the Drishti Beats yoga...I started yoga with the onset of retirement to unkink 35 years of stress knots, tight muscles, rigid fascia, locked joints, et. al. The yoga style they offer is what I was looking for; built on ancient yoga values, teachings and methods combined with some music for today. Core principles. After 3 years of showing up for these yoga classes, practicing it, attending a Drishti Beats retreat in Bali and now studying with them in teacher training, I have changed physically and mentally...for the good!!
