The whole process has taken some time to get to a conclusion however the work carried out by these guys was exceptional. In periods if time when it went quiet they would still email or call to pet me know things were still progressing behind the scenes. And the final outcome came out in my favour. Over all a very positive happy experience.

Managed to sort things out for me when I felt I was trying to get water out of a stone from the housing association.
All who have spoken to me have done in a polite manor. And also spoke and relayed things to me in a way I would understand.
It was a tricky situation as my ex is on the tenancy. So was quite a bit to deal with absolutely delt with things incredibly well.

Driscoll Kingston & co have been nothing but professional throughout. The level of communication from them has been second to none. My only criticism would have to be the length of time my claim took to complete from start to finish, however we have had a pandemic to deal with & I'm not the most organised. I can't thank Davynia & Megan enough for there hard work & support throughout my claim. I'm massively relieved to have settled out of court & especially not having the additional stress of going. I'd highly recommend this business.
