Cold called by a guy saying he was from the Council and Housing Disrepair Team based in Manchester. 'Whereabouts' I asked but he was unable to answer until I heard tap, tap, tap on a keyboard "Millbrook" he said. I answered "I know there" (I actualy don't but he obviously didn't know that). He put me through to Supervisor 'Meagan', same rigmarole she said she was in Manchester errrr London Romford or Lewisham......... Really?
Turns out they're actually just runners for Dismal Kingston Solicitors acting for what appears to be a Fleecem & Scarper scheme.
Credibility Nil, simply avoid.

Possibly the worst company I have ever encountered, repairs done a year ago , still haven’t been payed what im owed, two missing cheques via post apparently, Lie after lie after lie , financial ombudsman is my next step , Avoid these solicitors

They have been really brilliant kept me updated on everything they r so polite end they really do there best to get the problem solved very quickly so I would really recommend these solicitors for anything thanks again for everything

it was great to work with them ..they have out standing services.it was great helping me out housing repair.

The whole process went smoothly and stressfully and Davynia was able to settle the claim for me quickly and effectively. I have noted that among the 40 or more staff the ratio of females over males is very high, only 8 male staff on the payroll.. Very concerning !!! and partisan.

If you are thinking about using this solicitors think again they are the worst solicitors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting they A slow at their work slow to take things to court slow at giving people information. I've got to tell you any information that I have received is because I have had to phone for it and when They say they going to send it by email it takes am another week and you will have to write an email to get that information again so please stay well away from this solicitors there is a saying if you do not listen you will feel if you do not want to be that person that fills stay well away from this solicitors I beg you

This lawyer is a waste of time. Completely useless. Stay well clear of this lot. Receptionists are useless. Just like the lawyer. Will be in court with this law firm soon unfortunately. It is simply not good enough at all I'm simply not happy what they're saying at all they are completely lie and only interesting what's easier for them
