I have a bike from Dripex with a broken pedal. I contacted them and got a response within 48 hours saying i could buy a replacement part. When i stated that it was under warranty they have started to ignore me. This was over a week ago. The mobile number on the website isn't connected, the Whatsapp QR code is invalid and noone responds to emails. This company is as good as a scam. Poor quality products with non-existent customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I bought a Dripex magnetic exercise bike in July 2021. It appeared to work OK although there was a slight rubbing sound on every pedal revolution. Some 6 months later the belt jumped off and after dismantling it I discovered the belt drive wheel was badly warped. However, the belt went back on and appeared to work OK albeit with that slight rubbing noise that I now knew was caused by the edge of the drive wheel catching the plastic shrouding. Then in November 2022 the belt jumped off again and then again. I decided to contact Dripex even though the bike was 4 months out of warranty because I had only done about 300 gentle miles on it. A representative called Jane asked me for a video showing the problem and to my surprise immediately offered to send me a free replacement drive wheel. This arrived and everything has been fine ever since (touch wood!).

i am disgusted in this company! i ordered an item almost 4 months ago i have complained called and emailed every week since and no resolution the item arrived damaged and missing parts i was just send round in circles being asked to send the same pics over and over for nothing to happen in 4months !!! do not order any of their products

Upon receiving an exercise bike in October the bike developed a very loud squeaking sound. Some fifteen emails later we were promised a full refund, the wording of that email could be interpreted as the refund would be received IF we gave a five star review. We did not think it right or fair to other buyers to give a five star review for a faulty product. The refund was promised on 30/1/23 we have received nothing and Dripex have stopped replying to Emails therefore we now give this one star review . We are now in the process of trying to get a refund through our bank. DO NOT buy from this company.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a set of dumbbells (cost £89.99) which got lost en route to the courier. It took 35 emails and a month for the company to refund me. There's no way to contact the company by phone. I dealt with several customer service advisers, who kept saying that they would not refund me until the item was returned to them, despite me providing evidence that the parcel was lost so it was never going to arrive with me. I eventually got my bank involved which may have prompted the company to issue the refund.

I purchased a 'DripeX 2 in 1 folding treadmill in Oct 2022, through Amazon. It arrived before the estimated day. Very well packed and undamaged. A slight problem was encountered but on contact with customer services, a replacement part was duly sent with full fitting instructions. Excellent service and the machine is exactly as ordered.

We bought Dripex Under-Desk Treadmill with Remote Control not even a year ago. Recently the equipment completely broke with E06 error despite numerous emails to Dripex contact email addresses which might be even three different provided by the company we had absolutely zero response after over a month.

This product broke while still under warranty as per official company info.

There is no other way to contact the seller as well but on the email, there is no real person to talk to if you have any problems.

Avoid this company completely we just lost £300 and the company behaves like it doesn't exist it feels like a scam.

Purchased an exercise bike from dripex or yoleo dripex from robust sports. Their was an issue with the address, I used PayPal so it should of been my registered address but it wasn't. PayPal payment came through as a personal name not a company.. I tried to contact dripex and the delivery company XDP to try and correct the address. I eventually got a reply from yoleo dripex but not the delivery company. Dripex asked me to go to the other address and wait for the delivery???. Delivery company never tried to redeliver or to call me. They did try to fix this issue for me but the delivery company just returned the item to the seller. I'm now trying to get a refund from the company. They said 2-3 days and I haven't received it yet. Iv asked PayPal to investigate this. It's just all very dodgy in my eyes..

If I could put no star I would I bought a dripex exercise bike about 20 days ago and had nothing but problem. I contacted their customer service which they responded by check this check that I’m 65 year old and not an engineer. I’m still on e mails backwards and forward and they are avoiding to replace the bike avoid that company and spend your money somewhere where you can speak to a human who can resolve your issue

Bought one of their treadmills a couple of years ago to maintain fitness through the pandemic. Had a some technical issues but their UK customer support have been fantastic - even out of warranty. Budget treadmill has lasted better than a £1000 one I had before this.

Update: New motor fitted and back working like new.

Update to update 23/09/2022. After 3 weeks motor started overheating and cutting out again. Dripex support has now stopped responding to my emails. Rating dropped accordingly.

Update: Still not replying so down goes the rating...
1 Nov 2022 - despite repeated emails still no reply - if they simply said it was out of warranty and they could no longer help - fair enough - but to ignore emails is just rude and bad business.

Still no response after dozens of emails. Smells of burning and stops randomly.

I purchased a Dripex rowing machine in June 2021. I had a problem with the smooth running of the wheels under the seat after about a year of using 3 times a week. Dripex sent replacement parts within a week and the machine is now running smoothly again. Very easy to deal with. Happy with the equipment which is saving me in gym membership fees.

I purchased a Dripex spin bike in may 2021 and have been extremely pleased with the product which is easy to assemble and very solid. In October there was a problem with the read out screen. I contacted Dripex who immediately replied and after my sending further information further they immediately agreed to replace the item. Top class after service from Judy and the team.

Wir haben bei Yoleo Dripex 2 Scooter für Erwachsene bestellt. Einer tut treu seinen Dienst nach einem Jahr intensiver Nutzung. Beim zweiten brach leider nach 6 Monaten die Federung der Lenkerstange. Ungefährlich, da das Rad erst abfällt, wenn der Scooter entlastet wird.

Wir sendeten Dripex Bilder und Beschreibung des Defekts. Darauf sendete uns der Service sofort einen neuen Scooter zu, die Überreste des Alten durften wir als Ersatzteillager behalten.

Upon Receiving and assembling a Dripex Excercise bike I had a problem with the driver belt coming off, However after contacting Dripex sending a video of the problem I had a reply the same day confirming they will be sending a complete new Bike which I could ask no more.

I purchased a Dripex Exercise bike (Magnetic Braking system). Found it was really good. The only problem was the reset on the computer. This didn't work. Informed Dripex and their customer service was excellent. Sent a new one out and now it is all perfect. Really good company.

Recently bought a Dripex magnetic exercise bike which was delivered on time but had to contact them over an issue I had. I stress nothing to do with any fault whatsoever on the bike or Dripex themselves. All I can say their customer service was brilliant and they went out of their way to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase something from them in the future.
