Established in 2019 by Emma and Kenny, Hip Pop's inception sprang from Kenny's battle with IBS. Introduced to kombucha during her time in America, Emma showed Kenny how to make it for himself. Within a matter of weeks, many of Kenny’s problems were alleviated - and it led to the creation of Hip Pop which has grown into the business that it is today. Boasting a cutting-edge microbrewery nestled in the heart of Manchester's city center, we are a growing challenger brand making noise in the UK drinks market.

Living soda is a fantastic product

diasappointing mixed box flavours and limit to subscription flavours
Bought a mixed box of Hip Pop. The Berries and Cherries Hip Pop is delicious, The grapefruit is not a good selection as a mixed trial as I and many other drinkers won't be able to consume grapefruit because of medication!!! The Turmeric and Gigner shouldn't also be consumed for myself and anyone else that is on blood thinners. So ended up being epensive. Want to order a box of berries and Cherries hip pop but it is the only flavour that isn't available to buy individually on subscription only on non subscription which is disappointing

A lovely flavour with natural…
A lovely flavour with natural ingredients. No artificial sweetener or flavours unlike most products available to buy.
Really good to rehydrate after exercise. I try to generally just drink water or herbal tea so this feels like a healthy treat.

Great product
Great product, but heaven help you if there's a problem with your delivery. I ordered three boxes on 23rd Feb. DHL delivered only one box. I emailed customer services, with screenshots from DHL's own website to prove I'd only got one. No response at all from Hip Pop, and there's no way to contact them except by email. Trying again but this is just astonishingly poor service, and they are, in fact, breaking the law by ignoring my complaint.

I was really impressed with the drink
I was really impressed with the drink. The flavour is refreshing and not overly sweet. It tastes much more natural than many other soft drinks.
I like that it’s a healthier alternative whilst still being nice.
The only reason for the 4 stars is because i would love to see a wider range of flavours available.

Caution: Website bugs hiked my price & support wouldn't help
While Hip Pop drinks are delicious, my experience with their customer service and website has been incredibly frustrating.
I encountered a bug on the website that incorrectly increased my subscription price by 20% when I changed the delivery date.
Despite the clear technical error, the "Customer Service Champions" I dealt with (Tara and Bridgette) refused to offer a satisfactory resolution or honour the correct price.
So, keep a close eye on your checkout totals; the site is currently unreliable with promotions and Customer Service are unwilling to help.
