Still trying to see if Harmonia is actually doing what it says it does?
I've taken Harmonia virtually every day for a month. It seems to me that it's just like the rest of the supplements I've taken. If I don't work out for 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week, I'm not losing weight. I'm giving it one more month to see how it goes.
Harmonia has a good orange taste and it dissolves in water much better than most powdered supplements.

I ordered an original 3 packets…
I ordered an original 3 packets intending to try the product and decide whether it performed as advertised. Then all of a sudden I’m receiving another 3 packets. Unbelievably the company has me on a subscription. I went online and cancelled the subscription and found out I couldn’t return the second order. They obviously don’t stand by their product and it didn’t do anything for me.

This is my second bag of Harmonia… with…
This is my second bag of Harmonia… with my first bag I noticed less bloating. My sleep was more consistent, and I felt less stressed overall….. as a result of the better sleep I felt much more energized during the day. I’m excited to begin my second bag.
