I found it easy to use the website to figure out what I wanted to order, to send my design file, and to pay for my order. The price is better than most, and the speed of completion and shipping was very good!

Excellent Customer Service!
Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. Tammy Miller and Samantha Sauerman were great! We had an extremely tight turnaround time for our product, and DrinkBranders made it happen for us! They kept us informed every step of the way, and the product was high-quality. I would definitely recommend them!

Ordered bottles on Monday, received them on Friday. Incredible customer support and service along the way. I am still in disbelief at how great and how easy of an experience it was. Will definitely be ordering again!

Drinkbranders were so good to work with. After they received our logo they were quick with getting me a template of what the product would look like. The whole process was great and quick.

Great product, timely delivery, good price
Hi - Drinkbranders was able to help me create a design and have new water bottles created for our new hires in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. They were helpful and responsive when I had questions.

Good product- Not Great Customer Service
This was my second order. Product is great, service could be better. I was disappointed with the significant delay in shipping and more so with the lack of communication & response. I followed up on at least 4 different occasions- email and phone-asking for updates on my order. One of my email attempts was never responded to and when I did reach staff by phone on more than one occasion I was never provided answers- just that they were following up on it and would reach back out to me with an answer or update and they never did that. I was notified of my order being finally shipped via automatic email. Totally understand delays happen, especially around the holidays, but I am disappointed in the lack of response or follow through on communication.

Thank you for your review, Kara. It's awful any time our customers are disappointed, especially a repeat customer that didn't have a positive experience like their first time around. We are so sorry we weren't able to provide more than an "it's coming soon" response when updating you on your project. There are unfortunately stock delays that are out of our control (especially near the holidays and into the first month of the year). Adding the fires and crazy weather across the US delayed many of our projects significantly more than we have experienced in the past. This was new territory for us and we sincerely apologize. We are taking your concerns to heart and trying to put new systems into place to precent these lacks on our end, even when the time-frame is out of our control. We have a very attentive team that does their very best to make sure everyone is getting exactly what they want, when they want and falling short of that stinks. We couldn't give exact timelines because we didn't know them (based on the delays out of our control) and we should have just told you that. We had hoped things would remedy themselves quickly and they, unfortunately, did not. We are very sorry for your disappointing experience and do hope you'll give us a chance to show you how we normally do business.

Our stainless steel water bottles turned out great. The logo was crisp and clean, and the color was spot on. The ordering process was simple and quick and the product came in less time than what was estimated.

What Happened this time?
We placed order in November so that we would have product to sell for Christmas. Seems like the ball got dropped when we approved the order it didn't move to production until we called on status in December. When I asked what happened, I really didn't get a satisfactory answer. We were then informed one of the colors we wanted was now out of stock. We were given option of changing color or waiting until in stock. We elected to wait as we had already missed our Christmas sales opportunity. For one month no updates. I emailed this week and was finally informed 3 of the 4 colors has been shipped and other still not in stock. Have not received yet. First order in 2023 went very smooth. Our 2024 order, not so much.

While I'm happy to hear your drinkware arrived looking as it should, we are not okay with the timeline and sincerely apologize. New systems have literally been put into place because of this one-off situation and we are very sorry your order had to be the one to slip through the cracks. This is not how we do business. I know you've worked with us before and haven't experienced this delay, you know our standards are high. We will continue to dig in to what happened here and make sure this doesn't happen again. Thank you for taking the time to review. If we don't know better, we can't do better.
As I mentioned already, I would love the opportunity to get you back to our standards you experienced the first time around and would personally handle any future projects.

As soon as I saw this review, I knew it was a Tervis order. We are so sorry for your bad experience, Sheri. Tervis unfortunately went out of business while we already had multiple orders in production and this was not communicated to us. They were quickly bought out by another supplier, but the transition was painful and delayed our production (and anyone else) significantly. While this was completely out of our control, we did our best to communicate (before the order was placed) that Tervis was experiencing significant delays. It's noted on our website as well. We had no way of knowing HOW LONG those delays would be and were only told that things were moving "soon". While they have an amazing product, this transition has been painful for everyone and created unacceptable wait times for our customers. Again, we are so sorry for this headache. We hope you'll consider giving us another try so we can show you how we normally do business
