Et si j'avais pu donner 0 étoile je l'aurais fais.
Command effectué le 5 avril pour un kit embrayage complet (près de 950 euros), ce kit était indique "sur commande , dispo sous 10 a 15 jours".
Apres 6 appels chaque semaine, un échange de mails:
- Ils ne proposent pas d'arrangement a l'amiable car je payé des mensualités (paiement en plusieurs fois) alors que l'article n'était pas envoyé.
- Ils n'avaient pas de dates précises pour l'envoi de mon article.
- Même pour annuler ma commande, ils ne mont pas remboursé la totalité des frais du paiement en plusieurs fois, ce qui de leur part aurait était convenu comme un dédommagement au vu du retard.
Il s'agissais de ma seconde commande chez eux , et ma dernière.
Je préfère acheter dorénavant chez d'autres professionnels qui saurant etre efficace.

Comme expliqué par e-mail, les délais indiqués sur notre site dépendent de nombreux facteurs logistiques difficiles à informatiser. Cela peut varier selon les ventes, les disponibilités des pièces chez les fournisseurs, les volumes, les transports, etc.
Nous essayons de faire au mieux pour mettre à jour ces délais lorsque nous obtenons les informations du fabricant et dans le but de vous apporter les détails les plus fiables possibles, mais nous n'avons malheureusement pas toujours les changements en temps et en heure, cela reste très variable.
C’est pourquoi, nous vous avons informé le 28/05 que le kit n'était malheureusement pas disponible à l'usine et ne devrait l'être qu'au courant de la deuxième partie de juin d'après le retour du fabricant. Suite à ces informations, nous vous avions déjà proposé de modifier ou annuler votre commande. Nous avons réitéré notre proposition de procéder à une annulation et à un remboursement sans problème le 13/06.
A ce jour, la commande a bien été remboursée. En revanche, nous n'avions pas connaissance de ces frais supplémentaires appliqués par le prestataire Alma. Nous vous invitons à nous recontacter par e-mail à l'adresse contact@driftshop.fr avec le montant des frais ainsi qu'un justificatif et notre équipe étudiera votre demande.
Encore une fois, bien qu'indépendante de notre volonté ainsi que de notre maîtrise, nous sommes pleinement conscients et sincèrement désolés pour la gêne occasionnée. Notre équipe a fait son possible pour trouver un arrangement et une solution amiable.

We tried to send it to them on time, unfortunately, you passed the 4-day deadline for completing the transport company's request for information, and we could no longer intervene in this matter.
We were billed for the shipping costs and return costs, which far exceeded the amount you paid. Our procedure does not allow us to reimburse postage costs in the event of a return, when this is not due to an error on our part.

Product is good but the coilovers I bought is listed as TÜV and IOS approved.
I then got my coilovers but there are no papers with the set. I then asked them and they sayed that the coilovers aren’t approved even tho they are listed as approved on the website

The regulations differ from one country to another. In France, for example, coilovers do not need to be approved for a specific vehicle model, which is why no paper is required and supplied by the D2 brand. However, the D2 brand is well approved, and the products are manufactured using the TUV and ISO process which is why the mention appears on our website.

I order coilovers on 22,12,2023. The first package was send back because Incomplete customs documents. i order a reshipment that cost me €136,28. it got reshipped 05,03,2024. And today i checked the tracking and now it says its been returned to sender without any information on 15,04,2024. do not buy from this site. im trying to open a case against them and get my money back.

I ordered an auto part and they took the money 500 pounds they then said this is not from Europe it is USA or ASIA which they know is no good in the UK I said cancel the order and refund if this was the case. Ii spent two days calling them and emailing them and they have not got back to me. I got a message saying it was being delivered this is so they get a tracking number and can SCAM me saying it was delivered to PAYPAL

Outstanding company! I purchased some sim racing gear here at an exceptionally fair price. The order was swiftly processed and shipped within the next day. I have a Toyota Celica T23. Here in the Netherlands we don't have much performance type places for cars that have what you want. There are a few I order from here but usually the parts are "backordered" or not deliverable.
I needed a new clutch and wanted to add a lightweight flywheel from Competition Clutch.
One told me 12 weeks delivery. Well I couldn't wait that long because I need my car for my daily use. I don't want to have to pull the transmission out multiple times for the same job for no reason.
Finally I found DriftShop. The have the stock in REAL TIME on their website and its actually the REAL stock they have on hand, not some stock in another country that they get from and still say its "in stock".
I ordered a Stage 2 Competition Clutch and A Competition Clutch lightweight Flywheel. They were shipped immediately and I received my order 2 days later (Friday when I ordered Wednesday)...I am amazed that they shipped and it got here so fast. The parts are perfect, they fit perfect, and now my car is feeling like new and upgraded.
THANK YOU for having the parts ACTUALLY in stock and deliverable when NO ONE else did.

Great customer service!
I ordered a stage 3 clutch and super lightweight flywheel from, competition clutch. Later that day the customerservice contacted me because they did not know how long it would take for the flywheel to be back in stock so they gave me the oppertunity to change the order. Wich i later did. I got a €37 refund because the light flywheel was cheaper in comparison to the super lightweight flwywheel. Also the shipping was a lot faster then expected. The custumer service did help me very well and responded quick.

Achat charge pipe alu pour 135i n54 et dump valve hks . A part la charge pipe qui ses s’enlever car mal usiné comparer a la concurrence et l'origine . Dump Hks très bonne qualité et son parfait . Le lag des 2 turbos et quasi instantanée comparer a l'origine et la consommation de carburant diminuer en conduite normale et plus d'air frais dans l'admission vérifier . Néanmoins je problème viens de moi qui a monter rapidement . Très bon site car livraison ultra rapide ! On peux pas trouver mieux en livraison ! Je recommande ce site !
