Excellent customer service. Wedding blooms look lovely. They reply immediately which is great. Had a little problem but it was sorted immediately, can’t recommend highly enough.

I have purchased several bouquets all of them very well coordinated and seasonal.
Delivery has been more or less fine with one hiccup with Evri delivery.

One minor feedback would be to provide an image / reference image to give some scale to their products. Imagery can sometimes feel misleading.
Will definitely shop again for myself and for my loved ones!

It looks super pretty although it had some plastic flowers that I didn't expect to have as it wasn't on the description. I'm not an expert so I don't know if there is a reason behind it. Still really pretty

Flowers came a little crushed and I send a message telling them my disappointment. Before i could blink another box had arrived in the post (without me asking for either a replacement or refund) .. Damage free luckily this time.
Cannot fault theit customer service at all.
