Great service
So I had originally ordered these shoes from Amazon. When I got them, the shoes had purple stains and a yellow mark on the strap. So I was very upset. I waa going to return them through Amazon when it suggested I talk to the rep doe these shoes. I did, told them what happened and they sent me a new pair, a beautiful brand new pair. Honestly I would just buy the shoes from the seller and not through amazon! They were so helpful, great customer service!

The shoes were very pretty, but did not fit properly. I paid to return them but have NOT been refunded. I paid with PayPal. The initial transaction number was 852890086B557213J. Then it said the order number was DPUSUSFMMM260624061044799. I WILL BEGIN POSTING ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND AND NOT TO PURCHASE DREAMPAIRS SHOES. I AM CONTACTING PAYPAL. My initial pair of sandals broke within the warranty period. I reached out to customer service who sent a new replacement pair. They responded quickly, were very understanding and courteous, and handled the issue. Hoping the first pair I received were just faulty, otherwise amazing customer service!

I had bought that shoes off of Amazon
I had bought that shoes off of Amazon, I have been eye balling them for a while. Well when I got them the shoes were open and worn and returned. I logged onto Amazon and I did the chat with Dreampairs and they told me to send in the pictures and I did. I didn't see that they had respond so I called the customer service and the lady that helped was very nice and helpful and is going to send me a replacement.

Sort of happy but still giving 5 stars!!
I really like the shoes. They look nice on me and would be comfortable if they fit me correctly. They felt ok at first but then I realized that my ankles kept slipping out even though I ordered a size smaller (I returned my regular size). I got busy and forgot to send them back and the 30 days went by. I gave a 5 star because Dreampairs still helped me -they let me keep the shoes and gave me a 30 % refund. I put 3 heel cushions in each shoe and they feel better.

Absolutely love this brand! They have all the styles of a lux brand, but are much more affordable. I also had an issue with a pair that I recieved and the customer service was amazing. If you haven't already tried them out, definitely do!

Dream Pairs has gone down hill so bad
Dream pair has gone down hill so bad. I ordered from them many years and everything was great. I just made a recent order and they are using Amazon now to deliver their products? Wow 😮 another concern was that one pair of my shoes did not come in a shoe box but they were in plastic as if I ordered shoes from Temu or SHEIN. This was more than likely my last purchase. I’m not sure if they are doing bad or just being cheap. Regardless, their shoes are not cheap and shouldn’t be treated as such.
Update: Dream Pairs has reached out to me and effectively addressed the concern that I previously expressed. Consequently, I will be revising my review score accordingly.
