This app is complete scam. If you use it on desktop they will put a watermark "AI" on top left corner on every single photo you generated and downloaded. What kind of non sense it is exactly ? Never seen that before on any another website. Basically you can't use the image you paid for. Let's talk about Seedance 2.0 basically you can't even use it to generate video with image reference with a face. Funny because other website allow to do this ? Basically you can't use Seedance 2.0 with IA image that you generated. There is absolutly no support at all and they never respond to any email you send them. The last one was 20 days ago still no answer since now. Stay away from them.

Malgré des messages indiquant un re-crédit à titre d’excuse, aucun crédit n’est restitué.

Il est impossible de joindre le service client : aucun chat, aucun numéro de téléphone, aucune adresse e-mail fonctionnelle.

Le fonctionnement global semble destiné à provoquer la consommation forcée de crédits et à inciter à des achats supplémentaires pour finaliser un projet, ce qui s’apparente à une pratique commerciale trompeuse envers les consommateurs français.

Dreamina affiche sur google qu'il est sans inscription... C'est faux ! Il faut s'inscrire.

I bought dreamina for a year for the creation of videos, without realizing that there was a monthly option. Then I saw that when you order a video and instead of the video, an error comes out, they charge you the same as if they had provided it to you.Also, the people in the videos, are very unnatural (they look autistic, with a lost look), I requested two days after the payment, the refund of eleven months. I understand that I have to pay for a month to test, but THEY NEVER RETURNED THE MONEY. I applied for it up to 18 times. Something that companies in Spain always do when you are not satisfied with the service they offer, Dreamina skips the law in this country, and does not refund you. Seeing that the dreamina customer service was not going to solve it, I also contacted the capcut customer service, and the same thing...a disaster

I genuinely love what Dreamina creates — the faces are soft, the lighting cinematic, and the overall visual quality fits perfectly with my storytelling projects.

But lately, generating images feels like waiting for rain to stop in Paris: slow, uncertain, and full of longing. The message “Too many people are generating” appears almost every time I try, and it’s becoming frustrating. Inspiration doesn’t wait forever — and when momentum is lost, so is the magic.

I wouldn’t mind occasional delays, but as a loyal user, I wish there were at least a fair queue system, a premium lane, or real-time updates that don’t leave us hanging.

Because honestly…

But the waiting time?

At first, it took about 3 minutes per generation, now the system shows 6 hours at any time of the day.

But if only it took 6 hours to get a result, no, because three out of four requests are ultimately thrown in the trash by the system under the pretext that there are too many requests currently.

So, I would like to tell you that you will wait 6 hours three times out of four only to be told that the system has finally rejected your request, BUT IT'S EVEN WORSE THAN THAT.
