Superb experience of transferring a 30 user office phone system and almost 100 mobile devices. Tom was our main contact and performed superbly. All other team members I spoke to always helpful. Looking forward to a long (and easy) relationship with DRC

Exceptional Service
Bernard has been assisting with upgrading our telephone and broadband lines. He has made the whole procedure so easy. He has explained everything fully (simplifying when needed!) and helped with paperwork etc. I would highly recommend DRC for their customer service. Nothing seems too much trouble.

These people are completely useless
These people are completely useless. Date after failed date is provided for installation. Nobody seems to know what anybody else in the chain is doing. The joke is is you want a fast Vodafone circuit and you live in Newbury you might as well go back into your cave and wait 10 years

Having found your account on our system I can see that your Leased Line has indeed taken longer to install than we would have liked. This is due to the extra wayleave works that have been required at your location in terms of rod and rope. Whilst not ideal, we are at the mercy of SLAs set at network level for these type of works so I can completely understand your frustration. Best Service!
I have used DRC on a number of occasions and each time the service has been friendly, fast and efficient. In particular, Bernard Habbitts is very knowledgeable about the products and services available to the consumer. I highly recommend him to ensure you have the right product.
