Promptly assessed our drains and arranged for the necessary equipment and work to be done. Professional and effective. Very reasonable pricing compared to other companies who charged us a fortune with no resolution of the issue. Highly recommended.

AVOID GEORGE AND HIS COWBOYS
Would give 0 stars if I could. Does Check a Trade accept all cowboy companies now? Contacted George to unblock my drains and he outsourced some cowboys to unblock my drains using my own garden hosepipe - not a jet wash in sight. I could have done the botched job myself and actually had to finish the half-assed job the cowboys he sent round did. £145 down the drain. Avoid at all costs!!!

Hi, some jobs we attend could have been completed by the customer had they known what to do using what they have around them. Due to expertise there are jobs that could be unblocked by hand or with a hose. Had you called to say you were unhappy we would have returned as we strive to please everyone as is evident from the hundreds of positive reviews on here, Checkatrade, Trustatrader and Google.
legal case
there's a limit on what can be said due to the evidence based legal case, but something has to be said to warn others asap.
if you do not want your property damaged, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
if you do not want items in your house to be damaged or broken, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.

if you do not want to be left without a working toilet, and without water supply to several areas of your house/building, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
if you do not want to be repeatedly ignored by the company who did all the above damages, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
if you do not want to have to hire another company to first fix all the damages done for them to only then be able to do the job(s) you needed doing in the first place, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
if you do not want to be discriminated against, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
if you do not want a company to cause you to be extremely out of pocket for no reason, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
if you do not want to receive an email after the fact eluding to the fact that they attempted to do work they're not qualified to do (remove and replace a toilet in order to remove what they presumed was linescale in pipework by mechanically coring and descaling said pipes with picote) do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
if you are ill or disabled and do not want to be taken advantage of or fleeced, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
if you do not want to employ a company who will never take an ounce of responsibility or accountability nor pay for the damages they've done, do not hire drainunblocking247.co.uk or George Michaelides, or Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to.
due to the fact that George sent the customer paranoid, unfounded, abusive emails the lawyers had to instruct drainunblocking247.co.uk and George Michaelides to not attempt to contact the customer again in any way.
all that the customer or the lawyers asked of drainunblocking247.co.uk and George Michaelides and Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to was for them to take an iota of responsibility and accountability, and to pay for the damages and works they caused. that's literally all that would have been needed. unfortunately drainunblocking247.co.uk and George Michaelides and Dan Lewis at Lewis drains Ltd who George subcontracts to neglected to ever do either and so there was no choice for the lawyers but to lodge an official legal case.
