Prompt & speedy problem solving!
Owen has been to our property a couple of times now (old drain that can’t handle modern life that well), and he’s always been prompt, and sorted the issue speedily. Reasonable price, great communication & super lovely guy.

Great service. Completed an online form and received an email straight away. Spoke with a very nice gentleman on the phone who kindly arranged an appointment. The guy that came to do the job was lovely. Very friendly, quick and efficient. Fab service all round. 5 stars from me. I would highly recommend.

I only use Drain Doctor
We regularly need to use Drain Doctor and they are always prompt, courteous, friendly and they go above and beyond to explain/show me the problems in our poorly designed office. I have used different companies in the past, I will only use Drain Doctor (York) now.

Very good- Owen was a commensurate professional and sorted the issue we had with the drains very quickly. He gave advice on how to prevent future problems and was reasonably cheap to say he came from Thirsk to sort our problem out- highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Well done Owen - top job 👍

Called the company about a blocked drain at our farm within two hours they were with us. The chap that came was brilliant it was a mucky job but he persisted and managed to clear it too man, would recommend them to anyone really obliging and well ran company.

Prompt and efficient service. Very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Drain Doctor. Been having a sporadic toilet blockage issue for several months, and it's now been resolved. Camera inserted into the drain found the problem and it's finally been sorted out.
