1st class service from the first contact. We were contacted quickly and the communication was excellent. Huge thank you to our engineer Ian. He not only unblocked the drain but also found the root cause of the problem as to why our outdoor drain kept blocking. We have had several visits from various companies over the years and drain doctor are the first company who have gone above and beyond to help us solve the issue. We couldn't fault Ian he was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We would definitely use again and recommend to others.

This is the second time we've used Drain Doctor (for different drains) and both times a good experience. Came when they said, friendly and professional, and really took the time to work out what the issue was and do everything they could to make sure it was a lasting solution.

Lee was brilliant - he literally uncovered a ‘hidden’ manhole and the source of the problem very quickly. He left us with clear drains an understanding of our problem and information on solutions.

As a single woman, dealing with tradesman makes me nervous (as I don't deal with them very often). However, Neil at Drain Doctor York was lovely over the phone and email, very friendly and explained how they work.
And Owen was fantastic. Arrived on time, very friendly, professional, explained what he was going to do to sort the problem, and did a great job sorting the plumbing issue.
