Drain Doctor - Rochdale Anmeldelser

So I have a blocked soil pipe was was affecting our ground floor w/c. The toilet was blocked up and as the days went on the sink started to gather water too. I tried the online tips and tricks including granuals, boiling water, unblockers and the good ol' plunger but nothing seemed to work so I looked up local drain experts and came across Drain Doctors. They came out the same day and provided a no obligation quote.

With it being the first time I have had this kind of thing happen and because I had not compared the service/pricing I wanted a little time to think about it. After getting a few very similar quote I quickly came to realise that they had quoted me a fair price for the service they were providing and with no obligation too which is important. Another company were charging a flat rate which was lower but said it could cost more depending on what work needs carrying out and another quoted me a price range and said they would invoice me only after the work was carried out which I wasn't happy to commit to.

I called them out again to do the work this time. The rep was profession and competent. He carried the work out with as little mess as possible, cleaned up afterwards and ran a camera through my drain too and advised on the condition of my plumb work too.

Very happy overall. Would use again and therfore definitely recommend to anyone with a similar issue!

Responded really quickly, same day. Really nice man, Danny who was polite and friendly and talked me through everything so I knew what was going on. Showed me CCTV footage so I could see the issue myself.
Work was completed as quickly as possible and he even cleaned up for me which I appreciated. Good experience and would definitely use again.

The team attended immediately, even in the most horrendous weather. Very professional and kind and caring to myself and family I would definitely recommend this service. These lads know what they’re doing. They never give up even in the pouring rain. Thank you so much, Drain doctor.

Our engineer was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He talked us through the process step by step and offered us 3 solutions. A credit to the company. Any issues we have again we will be sure to go straight to Drain Doctor

Esrar was very polite and professional. Kicked into action straight away. Once unblocked, Esrar showed me the cleared drain on the CCTV screen

Esrar, Danny and Asim resolved the problem with my blocked drain and I can't thank them enough.
Great work guys
Highly recommend this company

Wow Asim and Danny came out and spend so long turning to resolve our problem. We think one of our little boys must of dropped a toy down the loo. But they didn't give up and tried everything they could and finally they got it clear. Thank you both for such an amazing job and sticking at it even when the options were diminishing 🙏🏻 highly recommend using this company!

Turned up quickly and resolved the issue efficiently with both members being of staff being friendly and hard working to resolve the issue quickly

Liam went above and beyond to investigate the problem drain, Rochdale Drain Doctor is to be highly recommended 1st class five star service.
Thank you Liam.

Liam was very polite and knowledgeable and respectful. He takes pride in his work and made the whole process easy.

Great service, got a quote and issue resolved same day.

Excellent service. From making the initial booking to the plumber turning up within a couple of hours and fixing our blocked toilet.
The plumber was friendly and helpful and for the job done.
Would definitely recommend- great company

We cannot recommend Drain Doctor highly enough. From the initial call to the lovely Nicola, to the visit from the engineer was so smooth. We were updated about his arrival, and he phoned to say when he was on his way. He went above and beyond, making sure our drains (and the neighbours) were cleared. A very positive experience for a horrid situation. Thank you!

Good service, arrived when they said they would, clean and well mannered

Turned up on the day, kept up to date with ETA'S of the engineer.

Engineer (Ezra) rang 30 mins before arrival. Very helpful and explained all information clearly and professionally.

Would recommend

Ezra came round first thing this morning and sorted out a horrific blockage. Kept me informed all the way exactly what was going on. He was polite and friendly and helpful.
Hopefully I won't need them again for a good few years but if I ever do I would certainly use Drain Doctor again.

This is the second time we have used Drain Doctor. Fortunately the same plumber, Ezra (as in George!) arrived. He was calm and utterly professional throughout the call out. This calmness is especially essential if all hell as broken out in your property. Thank you again for a great job. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

Izra and his colleague were very professional and explained the issue and resolved the blocked toilet, really friendly and helpful would definitely recommend!

Very efficient and quick clearing our problem. Very friendly lads who i had a good chat with too.

Happy with the service but unhappy of end product, they quoted for job, burst water main underground dig up was required including putting back work to original state, but never have, paid over £2000 for this and shoddy workmanship, will not use again as there are better companies out there.
