Exceptional Service on a Sunday!

We had a serious drain blockage over the weekend, and Asim came out to help us on a Sunday, which we really appreciated. There was a particularly stubborn issue with our manhole cover not opening, but he didn’t give up despite multiple attempts and a lot of effort, he persevered and managed to get it open.

Once in, he quickly identified the problem and cleared the blockage. Throughout the whole process, Asim was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. He kept us informed, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel under control.

Highly recommend Drain Doctor but ask for Asim for anyone needing drainage help especially if you need someone reliable, even on short notice!

Mason came out and was so helpful. Found the smelly problem and explained what had caused it in no time!! Can’t thank him enough. Definitely not a job for the weak stomach

Really friendly from start to finish, the van broke down which can happen to anyone and they told me straight away and we’re still there in a different van within an hour of my original appointment !
I would definitely recommend them and they will be the first company I call with any more drain issues.

survey on a sunday. very helpful just back from a holiday with a blocked drain to come back to you need rapid response. the lads that came out to remove the drainage and install a chamber were very hardworking and approachable.

Wow what a great service. Initial call to them. Very professional. I was informed someone would contact me in about an hour. Which they did and arrived 10 minutes later.
The worker ASIM ASHIQ was very polite and knowledgeable. Gave me price prior to doing any work. Checked everything out and got to work. Positive throughout and explained what he was doing. The job was more difficult as someone had paving flagged over the main drain. So all in all great service highly recommended.the price was in the region of what I expected. Not that I'm in any trade or business. Would use them again. But hopefully I won't get another blocked drain

To now having my soil pipe repaired , the blockage found, and the collapsed drain found and all repaired ... I was walked through the whole job by Neil .. such a friendly hard worker and always asked me was I happy with the job ... I'm over the moon to finally be able to use my toilet and not my hippy potty anymore 🤣😂 ... Had a really bad blocked manhole, Asim and Neil did a fantastic job, I thought it couldn't be done, so was expecting a massive bill, but they cleared it! Explained everything, I was led to believe by United Utilities that it was a private drain, but Asim and Neil discovered that it is shared, so I will get reimbursed the cost. They were really friendly and arrived on time, I would recommend them to anyone needing their drains sorting. First class service.

Fantastic service from Asim from the Rochdale branch. Asim was exceptionally courteous, professional and explained everything clearly and why he would do something. The job was particularly troublesome to clear, but Asim persevered and got there. It was an education. As a senior manager in customer service I recognise excellent customer service when I experience it, customer service of the highest standards. Thank you. Another mention to Nic, excellent communications and waited less than 24 hours for the engineer to call. 10/10, would use again and recommend to friends and family.
