Phoned at 8.30am on a Sunday and by 9am 2 lads were with us. Recently bought our property and the drain in the garden was blocked solid and the heavy rain had caused a massive flood in the back garden. Boys had a hard job unblocking it and we were told it had obviously been blocked solid for years. 45 minutes later they managed to get it fixed. Can’t fault the service and £150 to come out on a Sunday at 30 minutes notice I think is very reasonable. Good job well done. 👍

Attended promptly to clear a drain. Job done in 15 minutes. Charged a 93 year old almost £300 for this - shocking.

Used on line request for appointment but nothing happened until called direct, so four days passed until attendance. While all encountered were pleasant and courteous the price quoted prior work was £288 , around £100 more than my research of what industry average was. That was for half an hours work clearing one rainpipe drain blockage. Of course could have declined but did not want even more delay , felt robbed to be honest, Drain Doctor will very likely get the job done but expect high cost even for simple issue. Tried to leave feedback on their site but it began with 2 to 5 rating, when 2 was chosen site shut down meaning no free text to explain that rating. Cynical.

Great service and a special thank you to Ryan who came out to fix my mum's drain. I highly recommend this company.

Outrageous prices, lack of openess on pricing. Poor attitude. I called Drain Doctor to clear a blocked drain as my usual company were unavailable. They qouted £240 plus VAT for a job that would take half an hour. Previously I paid £100 plus Vat. They dont give any indication of price before arriving and obviously rely on people accepting in desperation. When I challenged them they became hostile and told me they don't need my business.

Prompt service. Kept informed when the engineer would arrive.

Called Drain Doctor first thing yesterday morning looking to book an appointment as we were having issues with drainage. Did not expect someone to attend that day so was chuffed with that. On arrival Ryan advised the manhole was blocked. He provided a quote and once accepted he proceeded with the works. A full explanation was given to what was causing the blockage and another quote to rectify to save any future problems. Very happy with the service i recieved and will deinitely use again if required.

Outstanding work carried out on external drainage by Andrew in Glasgow. Arrived early/on time every day and work completed to the highest standard, explaining each step and all done at a reasonable price. Would always use Drain Dr and would recommend Andrew to anyone.

This company is an absolute sham, I called them one night due to a blocked toilet drain, I only called because it said 24/7 I was told that someone would have to attend tomorrow
Morning. I gave them all the details how I had to problems with drains and required them fixing. 8am the next morning a guy turned up bounced in looked at the toilet and told me
It was £168 to unblock a drain, I could take it or leave it. Was in and out within 5 minutes told it was fixed, blocked again. Phoned to complain had an awful experience with the team on the phone questioning me left right and centre how I hadn’t used the toilet in 4 days not thinking maybe I’d been away. Sent someone out as “goodwill” to review the blockage again, this guy was great talked me
Through everything etc however my toilets still blocked it’s still not resolved and I’ve received an email today firstly spelling my name incorrectly, secondly telling me that I’ve witnessed on two occasions that it works… however it doesn’t work and thirdly trying to sell me something else. A utter joke of a company. Dont use ever.

The guy who came was super friendly, passed on knowledge and an absolute credit to your company

Woke up this morning to our drain trap overflowing. Not very nice, smelly, messy you can picture it. I dialed drain doctor who responded immediately. More than can be said for dyno lads. Andrew Shec( apogies if not spelled correctly) turned up within the hour. Good communications he phoned me within 20 mins with an ETA. On arrival he made his assessment and quote. Better than dyno lads. Job done within 15 minutes..ex army lad. Highly recommended

Really effective service. Quickly responsive. Scott attended in under an hour and was undeterred by the job which turned out to be a little more difficult than first we thought. He provided excellent advice, kept up regular communication throughout and strived to find a solution that would be most effective and least damaging to the property. Really satisfied with the support I received and the whole outcome.

The guy that came out couldn't have been nicer even though it was really late at night. The customer service is absolutely appalling. The guy who manages the service for stirling/mid Scotland was an arrogant beyond belief and put the phone down on me. I've never experienced anything like it. Couldn't have cared less..despite having had my drain looked at 2x in the last couple of months..the problem still persists. I would not recommend the service.

We had a really awful experience with a burst pipe under our kitchen floor, where the waste water was gathering and causing a terrible smell - we didn’t have a clue as we couldn’t see the problem! Drain Doctor treated the situation with urgency and a special mention for Scott - who went above and beyond to find the quickest resolution, whilst making sure the job was done right. It definitely wasn’t a straight-forward problem, but thanks to Scott, an awful situation was at least dealt with in the best way, with what we knew was honest advice. I’d definitely recommend Drain Doctor.

Dreadful customer service. Was told someone would call then that someone would be there between 3 and 5pm. When I called a third time I was very polite but the member of staff could not have been more aggressive, rude or obnoxious if he’d tried.
Just absolutely unprofessional. Don’t touch this company .

Andy was very professional and explained the issue, why it was recurring and sorted the blockage quickly. Will definitely use again in the future

We recently contacted Drain Doctor to look at a problem we had with out outside drain. Andrew came out that day and was so professional and helpful. The problem was pretty complicated but he did everything he could to fix it promptly. He is an asset to your team.
