Was able to comfortably rule out drainage as the cause of internal floor subsidence, and was able to detect a small joint failure which needs repair consideration to future proof against any further failures.

We got drain doctor in because we thought we had a serious problem with our drains the smell was unbelievable Adrian (drain doctor specialist) came out and spent well over an hour to try and locate the problem but couldn’t find anything wrong with our drains but Adrian new I had a health problem and he was determined to find where the smell was coming from he did eventually find the problem and it wasn’t the drains it was our fridge the last thing to look for but a big thanks to Adrian for all his hard work and to Tash who was so knowledgeable and professional about her job I would highly recommend this company without any hesitation thanks to all at Drain doctor

The engineer Charlie was really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
He identified the issue and resolved it quickly and efficiently, couldn't have asked for more really.

Had a blocked waste drain, Drain doctor came out to flush the pipe. Ciaran was very professional, explained what he was doing, and what the problem was. Ciaran completed a comprehensive report with photos of the inside of the drain and gave recommendations. The waste drain was cleared, decided to book again to make good the pipes, requested for Ciaran to do the work, he's a good worker.
